Fell for a teeth whitening scam :( Extreme White

being a new member here, i can't share links, but the link you shared was the one i fell for, a dazzlingbritekit.com, i rang my bank and they said i have to call them tomorrow, even if a refund is out of the question i'd just like to stop them taking any more payments, and i haven't actually received anything...whats more misleading are the T&Cs on the site...if you cancel in 10 days you get a full refund, but there are contact details but they don't work

rang the bank again to ask about card changes, and they told me they can only change my card number not m account number or sort code...will this ultrawhites company technically be able to take money off my card?

Guys PLEASE help me,
I too have fallen for this scam. I am in the UK and thought I was ordering a FREE trial to take part in a Teeth Whitening Trial - I have ha the P&P ammount taken and a further £60.03.
I have no contact details, the website which I placed my order through said they do not deal with that product, when I try to track my order there is no recollection of my email, card number (now cancelled) or post code.

hi martin, i fell for it to, and got on to trading standards after having my card number changed, thing is there are no numbers or email to get into contact, and i never received a product either. This is what consumer direct sent me:

With reference to your enquiry, if the payment made to the company is in US Dollars, you are going to have to consider that the company are likely to be based in the United States. Due to this, any legal action would be extremely difficult and you will need to focus on preventing the loss of any further money rather than obtaining a refund. The best course of action would be to speak to your bank to attempt to prevent any further payments coming out.
Although it is worth writing to company and being persistent, you will have to remain realistic about what you are going to be able to achieve.
You may also with to report the matter to the Better Business Bureau who are the North American version of Trading Standards. Their website is

Thanks for the replies - aghhhhh I feel so stupid. I have had a bad time with work lately and was so desperate to get some money I fell for this! No I am completely sc***ed, and I'm so scared they are going to keep doing it. I have cancelled my card, although I know that wont stop them. I have tried ringing that number and leaving messages and emailing this Katie Davies but surprisingly nothing.

Yes that link does redirect you to ultra white - but called them and they were completely useless - I dont understand how by filling in the form on THEIR website this other company have got my money. :mad:

well if they keep taking money out of my account, im blaming the bank because they have assured me it won't happen, anyway i'll just transfer money to another account and the !!!!!!!s won't get their money ha
