• These scamming vicious maggots actually aimed there lying adverts at the people that have not got much money. I cancelled the contracts these are the cancellation numbers yet they are still traying to take money out of my account. They have skimmed off over £600 pounds already. I have gone beserk at my CC company.

I contacted both these companies on Friday the 11th Of December these are my cancellation numbers. One of them callously took out a payment on the same day I Cancelled would like that refunded as well. The worst one was everbright smiles has anyone got their address. As I intend to rip them a new !!!!!!.

Everbright smiles scam is either in Florida, Houston (Texas) or County Durham (UK) depending on which (if any) address is correct:

The girl who answered then told me i was calling a company called xm brands - so i am guessing this is a call centre used for various companies. I asked for an email address but was told they couldnt pass it on due to secuirity reasons. I was also given an address in Florida for Everbright Smiles;

XM Brands are a company whose list of scam products includes the usual suspects: Acai, Colon Cleanse, Resveratrol, teeth whitener and some work from home scam garbage:
http://www.xmbrands.com/

http://sfholidays.blogspot.com/2009/11/scam-alert-xm-brands-refused-to-give-me.html

BBB lists Everbright Smiles as one of the dba names* of XM Brands:
(*'doing business as' names)
http://www.seflorida.bbb.org/Business-Report/XM-Brands-Inc-92013738

XM Brands scam

XM Brands (Everbright Smiles) are based in Florida and the Florida Attorney General is currently investigating them: http://www.myfloridalegal.com/lit_ec.nsf/investigations/E2B4046B28E10B148525768C005B8E6C

I am sure the investigators in Florida would find it very helpful to hear from anyone who has been scammed by Everbright smiles ;) :

Economic Crimes Division
Office of the Attorney General
1515 N. Flagler Drive, Suite 900
West Palm Beach, Florida USA 33401
Telephone: 00 1 561-837-5000
Or you can use the online form here:
http://myfloridalegal.com/Contact.nsf/Contact?OpenForm&Section=Economic_Crimes

(Fill it in (takes 5 minutes) then scroll down and click submit)

That way your name will also be on the list for refunds if the Florida Attorney General orders them to refund the people they ripped off (which has happened with other companies in the past, eg: Acai)

If you can remember the website which led you to the scam (probably a fake news site or fake blog: eg single mom teeth whitening trick) then give that info to the Florida Attorney General too as they are trying to track down the people who are putting up the fake blogs/news sites and ads which are affiliate sites promoting this scam as well as affiliate scam sites like everbrightsmiles.org .

One of the UK websites promoting these scams is healthv0ucherc0des.co.uk
but the owner of that site is actually in the US:

Ironically, despite promoting several different scams on his website - he claims to be a Christian whose 'favourite book' is the Bible as it "covers all kinds of topics from business advice, finances, relationships, social justice, and love"!!

Not sure which part of the bible says that conning people to steal money from them is okay though!!

UK Teeth Whitening Program offers trial for £1.95. This is also a scam advertised widely as a mum's way to get whiter teeth! I hope I have managed to cancel my order, no e-mail contact available, but they called me today on my mobile requesting the security number on my debit card, which I declined to give and promptly cancelled my supposedly free trial. Wish I'd read reviews earlier.
• Here is an an article in the Huddersfield Examiner about these tooth whitening scams: http://www.examiner.co.uk/views-and-blogs/columnists/2010/04/02/denis-don-t-be-bitten-by-tooth-whitening-scam-86081-26159302/

The page that the article is on is plastered with ads - for teeth whitening scams!! The ads are served by doubleclick which is owned by Google.
http://www.doubleclick.com/contact/index.aspx
So Google is helping these scammers to advertise their scams and profiting from selling adspace for scams. So much for their (Googles) 'do no evil' policy!

Thanks for all the updates. I have fallen victim to this scam (combo of cleanwhites and Dazzling White) as well, and had the following deductions made:

09 Mar 2010 CLN* Teethcs.Com+ +448708200060 US 1.47USD at 1.500 - Recurring Visa T. £0.98

09 Mar 2010 Sii*ONLNORDR8776833080 8776833080 US 3.87USD at 1.494 - Recurring Visa T. £2.59 £2648.95

After these initial the !!!!!!s then took the following:

16 Mar 2010 Sii*ONLNORDR8776833080 8776833080 US 87.47USD at 1.488 - Recurring Visa = £58.75
23 Mar 2010 CLN* Teethcs.Com+ +448708200066 US 139.11USD at 1.486 - Recurring Visa. £93.61 Mar 2010
26 March 2010 Ibuildwealth 866-8229626 US 40.00USD at 1.471 - Recurring Visa. £27.18

That's a grand total of £183.11. I have now cancelled my debit card, but interested to read about some here had managed to get refunds. My concern is even if I'm successful in getting a refund, I'm not sure they'd be able to refund to the 16 digit card number etc. if that's no longer valid. I know that a chargeback is one option, but if I could get a refund that would obviously be preference no. 1. Any thoughts?

• Im so glad i waited before i ordered my trial. we were going on holiday & was worried about not recieving the product before i could cancell. I had seen the small print about being billed every month, but i had no idea they took the money straight away. if i hadn't come accross your post's i would have ordered & been very sorry, as pennys are tight . thankyou for your warning.

Very unclear method of trading, One payment has been taken from my bank for £58 I will call into my Bank tomorrow to change my debit card so that more payments can't be taken.
UPDATE 3 months have now passed, and I did not recieve anything, not even a thank you or a refund, once I realised that I was in a scam situtation I changed my Bank debit card, I sent an email to support2@globalcustomersupport.net who asked for details of the transaction on the 17th June, I replied straight away, and no reply since.
