If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way. Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site, we are happy to offer you a full refund if you return the unused product back to us. We have always honored our 30-day guarantee and will continue to do so.You can talk to customer support seven days a week. Our U.S.-based help lines are also staffed each and every day of the week to respond to any questions you may have both before and after your order. Cheers competitionscafe
I want to go down the chargeback route if possible stating they had not adhered to their own claimed ‘Terms and Conditions’ or
The company cannot be contacted through their advertised channels.
Which is better ? They websites are no longer there and i never recieved and confirmation details after order BUT they both have a contact no. to ring which goes through to a customer services which just rings and rings with no answer. I also has automated bit asking for oder no. to cancel but i do not even have this....
What to do ?
Want to get this right0 -
Did you receive any products at all? Failure to deliver is on it's own a valid reason to ask for a chargeback.

I did, they claimed to be differing products but both the the same.
I did not sign for them and have no qualms whatsoever is stating that i did not have them delivered.
These companys are clearly out to scam you, full stop.0 -
Little update -
I just rang Cap One asked asked 'i would like to make a chargeback'.
Operator said 'what', repeated again, put me onto another operator.
Told him same thing give him details he replied i HAVE to go through company, said no i do not as they have breached their terms and conditions and i want to do it through cap one.
Transferred to claims dep who are sending form out to claim.
My dispute is that i never received goods even though i did, first time i have been underhanded like this.
Will also mail companys and inform them.0 -
Another udate, i have just managed to get in touch with Kelly on +448447043748.
I said wanted refund etc then she started blurting they samples, need send back 15 days etc.
I then said 'what samples !!!!!
She then replied oh thats different, you will recieve a full refund, a confirmation email in 10 mins and gave me a reference no.
So by LYING to thee cheats i will hopefully of had their FREE samples for FREE !!!!
I recommend anyone else to take this course of action as a lot easier than returning etc.
I will still fill in my Chargeback form from cc as this will definatley eliminate any other moneys being taken.
So the moral of the story is LIE !!!!!0 -
