dov wrote:Has anyone got a response from Mobile Phone Buyer recently?
I have sent 2 emails, left a message on their voice mail to contact me and phoned again today getting no response.
Sent off my e-mail to Mobile Phone Buyer giving all the details of the phone I wish to sell - that was Monday afternoon. Within a couple of hours I received an e-mail stating that they would get back to me shortly - I'm still waiting!0 -
I have also e-mailed Mobile Phone Buyer with details of phones I wish to sell, the first time being over a week ago. I received an immediate response stating that "we will reply very shortly" - despite a reminder three days ago (to which I received the same apparently automated response), I am still waiting to hear from them!Official Petrol Dieter0

Yes they are. You can recycle them by posting them to "Children In Need, FREEPOST, Fonebak"

Can't find the trade in bit on the Phones4U site, have they stopped doing it? Can anyone find a new link? Cheers.I've been lucky, I'll be lucky again. ~ Bette Davis0

I've just sold some phones to CEX http://www.cex.co.uk/ via the internet (not through a store as don't have one nearby). I had to pay postage to get the phones to them however the prices were excellent - far more than envirofone and others I had a look at. They have great buy prices for consoles and games too.0

I was thinking of using them as I have an Ipod mini to sell too, so good to get a positive review. I gather they paid up quick?I've been lucky, I'll be lucky again. ~ Bette Davis0 -
Other than selling it on Ebay or somewhere, what are other ways of getting rid of old mobile phones. The one I have is only about a year old (not bad condition, except a few scratches) but I take the view that if I can get something for it, then it's better than nothing.
A while back, I remember reading about some websites that take them off you and give you something for the phone. I can't find details of this right now.0
