There is an official quidco thread which is visited very regularly by the Quidco rep - post your queries on there and see if they can help. Give them a chance, quite a few people on there have had a positive outcome after Stephens help.

Mumto2 - thanks, but I have already done this a few times and my questions are NEVER answered. How long should I give them a chance... do you think giving someone a chance over a year is enough??!!!!!!

If you re-read my post carefully, you'll see I was asking for transparency, nowhere has Quidco responded as to why things have changed.

The only address you can find is company registration address which is a accountants in darford kent.

If you really want to use "snail mail" write to them at that address then, pay for recorded delivery etc....whats your problem...many internet based firms, use internet communications....

Ruthha:...sorry but you appear to be a whinger...they offered to ring you...you refused to give them your number....why dont they give you their number?....obvious....cos you're the type of person who will post it on threads like this...then Quidco don't get any work done....cos they spend all day answerring the phone....grow up and resolve the query properly....

I've got cashback of £1442 from Quidco...and yes I have had some queries and missed payments....but all sorted through the existing system....talk to them on the phone...tell us what they say....seeeemples

perhaps you may get more help if you post on the Quidco thread....

For your information i have posted on the other thread , get someone to read it out to you. I am glad you have got back £ 1400 from Quidco . If you had looked at the other thread and quidco own site you would see the vast problems they are having with 100s of members owed many many thousands of pounds.

If you do not like my post and bring it to the attention of all people HARD LUCK . If you cared to read the full post you would see why i do not want to talk direct to quidco but have writen form from them if and when action will be taken.

Snail pace you say ha ha have you ever opened a ticket on quidco. Internet company yes but can you find a address for them at there offices .? No

Grow up you say , stand up for peoples rights i say.

Sometimes things get sorted quicker with direct talking...or do you need time to make up your response?...power to the people

    Yes...and got my answers

Don't need a postal address...they answer everything I need to know on a ticket...and if it was "urgent" I'd be delighted if they phoned me...

In an adult way...and talk...not write endless whinging diatribes...its better to talk...

come on...make your mind up...which thread do you want to post on?

You should start your own web site "Help for the little man" dot com...then you could post all these emails....perhaps even give up your time to help them as well....

ruthha is annoyed as we all get when we think we cant get anywhere but to be honest ruthha cashback is not guaranteed and its a chance you take. most of us get paid with few problems but if you lose out I'm afraid thats the name of the game. A lot worse sites out there.

We all appreciate that cashback isn't guaranteed, and if it were just a few problems I doubt Quidco would be getting so much aggro. It's a lot more serious than that. Read the other thread. Read the hilariously named Quidco Member Support Blog (http://www.quidco.com/blog/?p=338#comments) and the 97 comments from Quidco's own members.

If you still think losing out's the name of the game, that's up to you. The rest of us are a little more proactive and aren't prepared just to be losers. Isn't that what this site's all about?
