Quidco

I've never really had a problem with them. Some of the merchants haven't paid (or have been really slow in paying), but generally it seems to work well. I get most of my magazines from the Mag Group via their site and that's always been pretty good. I guess if they don't pay us until the network pays them and the network doesn't pay Quidco until the merchant pays them, it can all get a bit slow.0

Only problem ive had with Quidco is with More Than, submitted a ticket and Quidco were quick to reply admitting they were having some problems with them but hopefully it will be sorted for next month.
I think you might be disappointed. From personal experience I've found that all they do is keep closing the tickets with this:
The status has changed from 'open' to 'closed'.
The ticket has been closed.
Then you have to start all over again, with exactly the same result. And so it goes on from month to month to month. For all we know, Quidco have had the money from More Than, but just aren't passing it on.
There's another Quidco thread here, and it's clear that there are quite a few problems with larger amounts:

I have used Topcashback and Quidco together since 2006.
On the whole, TCB has been much better in payments, following up queries and responding to my questions.
I have had to chase, chase and chase again Quidco to follow up on queries and am currently due £287.00 since December last year. The emails that I have received have become non committal, extremely vague and not answers to my questions. I feel customer services has slipped quite a bit and payments have been rolling into month after month and have been getting longer and longer.
My opinion of Quidco was reasonably high, and now has plummeted. I do look as cashback as a bonus, and don't count my chickens - but at present, unfortunately TCB beat Quidco on all accounts for me.
Once the £287 is paid out I will be closing my account.
I don't feel they offer a good service, especially as there is a (OK small) payment each year when TCB is free.0 -
I've earned about £350 from Quidco. Been with them for about 2 years. I Always renew any insurance through them and any other purchases and haven't had a problem with getting paid.
I have just noticed that they are offering £65 cashback on Payday loans so was thinking of getting a loand for £80, pay it back the next day at the interest rate of 2000% or whatever they charge which means I pay back £100, then get £65 from Quidco so I will be £45 up on the deal.0 -
Now i am confused.....
I am new to cashback sites and have just registered with Quidco but during the registartion i dont recall being asked for my banking details.
I did buy something through them and i can see the cash i have earnt so it is all set up properly but how do they pay me without the bank details etc?
i have gone to the settings tab to enter the bank details but it only asks you for new bank details or a new email address.I cant seem to locate where to enter my existing bank details.
Hope this makes sense to all the die-hards out there as i am confused to say the least.
Thanks for any kind of reply0
