i havent had a problem with quidco at all but with all sites on the internet it can be hit and miss

To be fair, Quidco are one of the best cashback sites...

I have raised a ticket for you asking for your telephone number. Please reply as soon as possible.

We do not have a telephone call centre as we are an internet company and we have repeatedly responded to your written tickets and enquiries. However, in view of the nature of your comments, Dominic Butterell, Quidco Head of Member Support, would like to telephone you.
    Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of quidco. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE

Does that offer apply to all the other people who are finding that the ticket system is useless in resolving problems? You raise a query, there's a half-answer and a half-promise, then you get:

The status has changed from 'open' to 'closed'.
    The ticket has been closed.

Then nothing happens so you have to start all over again. My next step is to take up the missing payments with the CEO of the company in question to find out whether the problem is with them, or with Quidco. We shall see..................

Yes this kind sir asked for my own telephone number which i would not give him. He would not give out Quidco number or a address

because they are a internet company.

If you all think that i work for another cash back company or are just slagingg Quidco off , look on there own site and see how may people are owed cashback.
Look at company house and see that both accounts and returns are late for Quuidco which will result in a fine of at least £ 200.
if a company cannot get its account in on time what chance of getting cahback on time.

    ruthha,

Quidco are clearly making efforts to resolve your query, yet you are unwilling to meet them halfway. Either you are being difficult for the sake of it, or as others have suggested, you have a vested interest in attempting to discredit them.

Also, if you knew anything about business, you would realise that a late return really means nothing. You are trying to dig up dirt that is not there!
    Gone ... or have I?

So let me get this right? You want to speak to them but you won't give them your number even though it's been requested.

If you're not willing to give them the relevant details to contact you then quit moaning about them. They are clearly making efforts to help you but you're standing in their way.

If they gave you a number that was premium rate and cost something silly like £1 a minute you would winge about that so let them ring you and save the cost of a phone call.
If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.0 :D

Why will they not give out there telephone number ????????????

I have put my email address out on Quidco site and asked for members to email me with any cashback problems so we can put a joint project together . At the last count it was 72 member s owed in total over
    £ 6000
