Cash back is not guaranteed and its a chance you take unfortunatley so the best way is to follow the 'dont put all your eggs in one basket' rule

Friend just one of many i took out insurance with Bradford and Bingley with £ cash back after 4 months i asked what the problem was i was fobbed off by Quidco who said b&b had not replied to them . I for my sins area sharholder of B&B so i wrote to the MD with my sahre account number and insurance policy number and asked about no reply etc.
B&B said that they had paid the cashback/commision to ths affiliate networknet( who ever they are ) 2 moths ago.
This is the replay from Quidco
The plot so far :
Admin 2009-07-28 09:28:10 Hi Ruth,
Thanks for this update.
We have not yet been paid your cashback. Now that this has became validated it is not Bradford & Bingley who we are awaiting payment from but the affiliate network. As this amount of £21.00 became validated 20 July 2009 we would expect to receive this amount within four full months of this date. This does not necessarily mean that it will take this time this is just the maximum this process usually takes. After we have been paid this amount from the affiliate network this transaction will become received. Once received this will be paid to you on our next avaialable monthly payment run.
I trust that this clarifies the matter for you.
Kind regards,
Jamie

So iam now tracking down the affiliate network to see if they have paid quidco or if not why are they keeping the cashback for 7 months.
Quidco just give you the run a round but not with me i will chase them and get my funds or if all eles fails use the small claim court.
But like i say stay awy.0 -
I put all my email on Quidco own site but they get removed look on the name and shame. Take my advice or not ( yes i use topcashback and never any problems ).
Payless . I am just pointing out FACTS not slagging them off willy nilly.
Why have quidco not got a telephone number to contact them on ????????
Why have quidco not got a address that you can write to them on ???????
seems very strange to me
The only address you can find is company registration address which is a accountants in darford kent.0 -

Of course you are
If you bothered to read the T&C's you signed up to, you wouldv'e seen that cashback is NOT guaranteed.0 -
I have been very happy with Quidco - a couple of firms have not paid - the AA being one of them and Sheila's Wheels being another so I will not use their services again, but I will continue to use Quidco as their payout rate seems very good, and their support is pretty good too.
I would suggest that you all look at Ruttha's posting history before giving any credence to her/his comments. Methinks She works for another cashback company perhaps! To infinity and beyond!0 -

I doubt you're right about Ruttha. There are any number of people complaining about Quidco not paying out (I see you've had problems yourself), and I've always assumed the problem was with the other companies, rather than Quidco itself. Now I'm not so sure. My recent experiences with Quidco have been very poor indeed.0
