Why will you not give out your telephone number to them?? It's not like you're posting it for everyone to see?

I have put my email address out on Quidco site and asked for members to email me with any cashback problems so we can put a joint project together . At the last count it was 72 member s owed in total over
    £ 6000

So you are willing to post your email address on an open forum but are refusing to give quidco a contact telephone number? Why?

I think you might be jumping to the wrong conclusions. When you get comments like this from Quidco itself you know there are problems:

"we are aware of recent delays affecting large numbers of our members"

"we are addressing issues with outstanding payments, which we hope to resolve as soon as possible"

It's difficult to judge exactly what's going on with the larger payments at Quidco, but there are more and more postings all over the place (including the Quidco blog) about problems with them, and problems getting Quidco to actually do anything. Other than just keep closing tickets, that is.

There is a clear problem here - we just don't know yet what it is.
    Fingers crossed!

I have never had a problem with Quidco. I have had things which haven't tracked and after raising a ticket it has been sorted. Some of these things take time.

I've earned £861.73 from Quidco in just over 2 years and not one penny has been declined....very happy with them. I like others smell a rat.

    agree

i have had all my cash back apart from one which is asda but i know quidco are having problems with asda so i can wait.

the thing people are missing and even martin puts in is that cashback isnt 100% if they dont pay then its not quidcos fault.
If you dont like me remember its mind over matter, I dont mind and you dont matter ;)

Only problem ive had with Quidco is with More Than, submitted a ticket and Quidco were quick to reply admitting they were having some problems with them but hopefully it will be sorted for next month. Apart from that everything has went really smoothly and ive had around £300 paid to me in cashback

Yes there is a problem, Quidco obviously know and will be working on a resolution and if past experiences are anything to go by (they paid out themselves when merchants reneged) it will be sorted. None of the above explains why moaning mini ruthha will not give Quidco their phone number in order that they can contact them to resolve the problem!
