Weekly Member Support Blog
August 7th, 2009
Welcome to our weekly update.
It has been another busy week in both the Sheffield and London offices and we have a few updates for you.
The first issue to address is Zurich Insurance. This week some transactions have been paid at £65 rather than the correct rate of £75. Zurich are not currently accepting enquiries but we have been in contact with them and the missing £10 will be added to the relevant accounts in the next few weeks. We understand this was a cause for concern for members and we are glad that we have been able to get a positive resolution for you.
We have also been updating the Mobiles.co.uk iPhone transactions that were £20 short. This should now be showing in your account as a second transaction and once this is paid into your account you will have been paid the correct rate of £60 for an iPhone purchase with this merchant.
The final bit of news for this week is that the iTunes vouchers have now been sent out so if you were elegible for last month's offer you should have the free song code in your Quidco account now.
If there are any issues we have not addressed recently do not hesitate to leave a message and we can then contact you via your account or address this on next weekâs blog.
We have added some great competitions to the blog this week so make sure you enter; as always you have a fantastic chance of winning.
That's all for this week.
Have a great weekend.

The only problem I have had is with more than, should have received £75 in April, eventually got it 1st August, otherwise I have no problem with Quidco, everything else has been paid on time.0

Crazy! It would be good for the Quidco representative to come on and give a balance view however, from my own personal experience, Quidco has gone from delivering good customer service and fast tracking/payments to, well, a standstill.
What has happened Quidco in the last year or so for this to slide? Is it the companies you deal with feeling the strain and not making payment to you as quickly, or are you receiving monies and then, possibly experiencing difficulties yourselves and therefore not passing on to your users as quickly as in the past?
It would be good to have some transparency here. I have been a member since 2006 and unfortuantley due to the downwards slide once I receive the monies owed I won't be continuing. It's a shame, I really held Quidco in high regard.
My account shows I am owed nearly £300 from December last year for validated transactions however these amounts just keep rolling and rolling into the new month, over 8 months later.
If you're struggling Quidco or something in your system has changed, just a bit of transparency and honesty with your users would go a long way.0 -

Couldn't agree with you more. I've been with them for two to three years and they used to be very good at paying out. Now they're not, and they don't seem to realise (yet!) that just closing tickets down and then doing nothing just alienates customers still further.
I won't use them now for anything big because they've become too unreliable. Until they realise that they've got to sort themselves out and actually do something they'll continue to haemorrhage customers.
Even their own blog shows serious problems - it's as bad as that!0 -
am quite annoyed now....i took out a vanquis card over a year ago and was never paid the £10 i was meant to be - i opened a ticket whch rolled over and over...i kept getting reassured i was being seen to, etc....today i note the ticket has been closed because too much time has gone by.....aaaaaaarghghgh dont know whether to bother chasing it up? it actually said please dont reply to this or open another ticket as this has been resolved....0

There is an official quidco thread which is visited very regularly by the Quidco rep - post your queries on there and see if they can help. Give them a chance, quite a few people on there have had a positive outcome after Stephens help.

Thanks quidco i checked my account thia afternoon to find that the cashback from Bradford and Bingley been received today. So the Bradford and Bingley were telling the truth in the letter to me that the payment had been made months ago and just filtered through to my account today.
Lets hope that the others owed cash back are so lucky .0 -

beats me how anyone earns 'vast' amounts of money on Quidco.
On the bright side they have been more than helpful resolving a PCWorld decline so I cant really fault them.
