Please freinds watch out for the last few moths lots of people who have used the site for cashback on insurance and mobile phones etc with cashbacks of £ 70 £ 100 have not recived them . cashback for 50p have come back ok . I myself am owed over £ 300 , I am one of many. The more i look into Quidco the more problems i see. I have checked quidco out on Company house ( a free service )

I found that they have changed directors 3 times this yaer and are late with the company accounts.

You cannot contact them by telephone only a on line email through Quidco. Something very fishy with them .

Stay away and please post tour views

cashback is awarded by the site you visit . and is subject to you meeting terms and conditions etc

i havent had a problem with quidco at all but with all sites on the internet it can be hit and miss

have been with them for quite a long time now and although there are a few that dont receive what they expect I must say that Ive had very few problems myself .

I'm have problems with them too - £75 cashback due from MORE TH>N and outstanding now for several months. Keep raising tickets, but all they do is make excuses.

Given they paid out "from own monies" on some disputed claims ( backdated a while ) a few months ago I would be surprised any issues .

I'm a big fan, and found them wonderful

Friend just one of many i took out insurance with Bradford and Bingley with £ cash back after 4 months i asked what the problem was i was fobbed off by Quidco who said b&b had not replied to them . I for my sins area sharholder of B&B so i wrote to the MD with my sahre account number and insurance policy number and asked about no reply etc.
B&B said that they had paid the cashback/commision to ths affiliate networknet( who ever they are ) 2 moths ago.

We have not yet been paid your cashback. Now that this has became validated it is not Bradford & Bingley who we are awaiting payment from but the affiliate network. As this amount of £21.00 became validated 20 July 2009 we would expect to receive this amount within four full months of this date. This does not necessarily mean that it will take this time this is just the maximum this process usually takes. After we have been paid this amount from the affiliate network this transaction will become received. Once received this will be paid to you on our next avaialable monthly payment run.

I trust that this clarifies the matter for you.

So iam now tracking down the affiliate network to see if they have paid quidco or if not why are they keeping the cashback for 7 months.


Quidco just give you the run a round but not with me i will chase them and get my funds or if all eles fails use the small claim court.

But like i say stay awy.

In defence of Quidco (I've had no problems myself, but am aware of others). There is a Quidco thread which is visited regurlarly by a Quidco rep. Why not post your problems on there and see if they can respond.

I've never had any problems either and so far since May 2006 I've received £2375 in cashback from them!

But I do tend to favour Topcashback these days just because there isn't a £5 and you also get free topups depending on what you spend! But I've never had any issues with Quidco - and if you approach it as though the cashback is just a bonus, you shouldn't be too disappointed. What is the £300 from? Is it certain companies who perhaps have gone bust?

Thousands on here are happy ... remember the cashback is never guranateed
