HI Jodan.....Just read through your thread :o)

    Glad you're doing Ok...(sort of)

I sent off for a SAR from Cap1 earlier this year as I was claiming back PPI that was mis-sold on the account, then about 2 weeks ago, I got a letter through the post containing a copy of my CCA?? Totally out of the blue?!! I didn't really take much notice of it, just popped it into a drawer, but having looked at the copy RAS has put on above, I'm now sat at work wondering if that's what mine looks like!!!!

Gonna check it out when I get home later...!

Keep up the good work hun.....we'll all get there in the end! ;o)
    licious.

    Hi hun,

why dont you get all your unsecured paid off with a new personal loan paying off all credit cards and managable monthly payment of around 216 per month over say 10 years... or something...

much better than involving your partner, and cut up the cards... simple

    Hi,

Have decided against that route. Credit rating was shot to pieces and didn't want to risk getting myself in deeper trouble. This way I pay what I owe and in a few years when it's all over, I'll have learned a valuable lesson and will never use credit again. X

I don't mean to be rude - but I think we all know that this is possibly the worst idea possible:mad:. Debt to clear debt paid over a longer term = more interest and lots of clear cards which end up getting run up again. Many of us have taken this route before, and know better now:o.

    Hi Jodan,:j

Hope you are well. I'm in London til Wednesday (the longest period I've been away from home!). Hubby just called to say Bank of Scotland had called re: MY AA visa and discussed the account fully with him, despite him only being an additional cardholder:eek:. Luckily he knows I'm disputing CCA's etc but isn't really interested in the details:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

I'm thinking they have breached the data protection act, hope I can give them hell:D. Hope you are well hun xx Julie
