Reminds me of when I went into Morrisons and ordered an omelette, only to be told they had run out.
I pointed to the shop floor and told them they had shelves of eggs, only to be told that all their meals were shipped to each store already cooked and frozen. They then microwaved them when ordered.
Probably explains how tasteless their food is.0 -
OP, maybe the staff have been told they cant get a bottle of sauce from the shopfloor,
also restaurants do run out of the sachets of sauce,0 -

the problem is sauce sachets ae individually wrapped hygenic portions, sauce bottles are not.
Several years ago when the place I was working used sauce bottles we used to have problems with people doing things like licking the bottle tops, and people thinking that it is amusing to put things like cigarette butts in them0 -
Since Morrisons is essentially a nursing home that happens to sell groceries, their primary customer base is the over 75s who can't move far enough to go elsewhere.
As such food quality and restaurant service is appalling. I'm sure you appreciate this now.
Their customers surveys say a large proportion of their customers are 45-54 and their lowest customer base is over 70.0 -
All supermarkets are full of old people not just Morrisons. I think Morrisons tend to attract slightly more old people because its set out like proper shops. i.e. fish monger, butcher more obviously than other supermarkets.
I am in my 20's and think Morrisions is the best of the supermarkets and like going to their cafe. So what if its full of old people? The bus is full of old people but I still get on that?0 -

Why should I? I don't want my breakfast with sauce. Would you eat something that you wouldn't enjoy when you could get it elsewhere and enjoy it?
Plus if it's a pointless post then there's no need to reply in it is there? If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00 -

So why didn't you go elsewhere instead of making a big deal about it?0
