Strip it as per instructions and clean and change filters etc as necessary. Soak bits such as the suction pipe in the bath. Friend did this and could not believe the difference in the machine.The best bargains are priceless!!!!!!!!!! :T :T :T0

Many thanks folks. I did as suggested on the older thread. Vacuumed some Bicarb powder up thenleft a piece of cloth with a few dabs of Zoflora and lavender oil and DiL is thrilled with it.
