    We have a faulty phone that needs changing ....plus a few other issues which I will go into later.

    I apologise, as I said we're doing literally everything we can to help to help that department out but when you have eg Sales or Order Processing staff working outside their normal department it does mean things move slightly slower as they have to check processes, ask questions etc instead of having that knowledge themselves.

    I'll get the call queue message and on-site "time taken to reply" guidelines amended to reflect this.

    Please accept my assurances that we will of course take our current backlog into account when dealing with returns timescales etc.

    Yes and they couldn't sort it and wouldn't put me through to a supervisor to sort it so am now still on hold for customer services :eek:

  • I would like to say that I ordered a phone from Mobiles.co.uk on Friday afternoon, I rang them (and got the 'illness' message), was on hold for 15 minutes, made a change to the order late Friday afternoon, and it was still delivered first thing Saturday morning. I also emailed them on Friday afternoon and got a response within 2 hours.

    In my experience, their customer service is excellent - they can hardly be held to blame if they've got lots of staff off with swine flu!
