I'm not holding out much hope to be honest as I explained to Kelly this morning my partner goes to NY in 8 days time and I need her to have a phone that works up and running after speaking to her and then customer services I would have thought it would have been dealt with today but I was wrong :mad:It's not just about the money0 -

The same thing is happening to me. I sent my request to cancel my contract and return the phone on 1 Aug (9 days after my purchase, so within the 14 days limit) and after 10 days of chasing with more emails and zero replies, I finally managed to speak to returns yesterday (1hr and 20 mins in the queue). Guess what ? They told me that the 14 days have now passed and "it's out of their hands"! I could not believe it... they told me to email "supervisor@mobiles.co.uk"... and guess what (2)? It's now been another 3 days and no reply. In the meantime O2 have started to happily cash in my monthly payments for a mobile which is still in its original package and I desperately want to return but I can't.
Definitely not impressed.
