An Hour and 3 mins they answered and they are looking for the email now to respond to it so have been put back on hold :eek:It's not just about the money0

Right latest update.....Daniel has found the email the same as Kelly did yesterday morning and has promised to reply to it with returns details within an hour.
I've explained to Daniel that we are now cancelling the contract rather than get a replacement phone as we have completley lost all faith in the company.
Funny thing is O2 tried ringing and were put on hold but I managed to get through before he did so he gave up too. Don't think he was too happy either :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:It's not just about the money0 -

Returns this week have really struggled, I accept the service people have received has not been acceptable and we hope never to have this happen again. Scant consolation I know.

We can exchange the handset around for you but unfortunately the handset is out of stock at the moment. We will note on our system that the phone is out of stock and that you can exchange.
To be honest I'm disgusted with the service and responses from your company. Its taken 6 days over 6 hours of phone calls at National Rate and 2 days off work to get to the stage this afternoon of being told you can't replace the phone anyway :mad:It's not just about the money0 -

Are you going to start with why the email on Monday wasn't replied to ?
How about the email that wasn't replied to on Tuesday ?
Maybe you could ask Kelly why she didn't attend to it yesterday morning as she promised or even the girl on customer services shortly afterwards who also promised it would be attended to?
What about asking yourself what happened from when you became involved yesterday morning and I emailed you which you promised to get back to me with ?
Perhaps you could ask Daniel why he didn't send a returns number with instructions instead of replying with an out of stock email ?
Whats going to happen about my 2 days off work 6 hours of phone calls and postage costs ???????????
Meanwhile the situation now remains that I have got a partner going to NY for a few weeks without a phone sorted :mad:It's not just about the money0 -
