OK definately go eat the crisps if cigarettes is the alternative. The death is slow but not always agonising due to the ever increasing amounts of Morphine they give you. I've watched it happen :(

Me too, it's truly horrible. I only gave up 37 days ago, so I still crave a little sometimes, but it really is only a little every once in a while. I was once on around 40 a day (roll ups though, not two £6+ packs!) so I am immensely proud of myself :D

:T well done, hope you keep it up.
Never smoked myself, always hated the smell in the car when Dad did and he eventually paid the price aged 57 before any of his grandchildren arrived. Nearly 7 years ago now, I still hate the fact I cannot share the experience of being a father with him.

Sorry, were weight loss here aren't we!!
    I'll change the subject.

Anyone tried weight watchers bread? 50 calories a slice. Got a third of a loaf left. It might end up in the bin, tastes like they used ground up cardboard to make the flour :rotfl:

First WI of the month tomorrow.
Managed to shed the 7 lbs in July but the next 7 is going to be a tough uphill struggle.

Hi, I know you're a week in already - but can I join you? Have 2 stone to lose, but 7lb sounds much more manageable.
