5 pounds lost this week! :j So that's 7.6 pounds lost so far this month and I've gone under a stone barrier (not telling you which stone it is though :o )

I nearly fell off the scales in shock. I know I was retaining water a bit last week but didn't expect to lose this much!

Oh and I got id'd in the supermarket this morning :rotfl: What a great start to the weekend!

Now down to 12st 3lbs - so another 2lbs. I'm on track to lose half a stone this month and should break the 12st barrier after a whole year. I've been constantly bobbing between 12-5 and 12-13, so this represents a real achievement.

Well done to everyone else - you've all done really well, especially Alexnikov - you should share your secret ;-)
I'll have some cheese please, bob.

    Get well soon Dragon.

Weigh in last night. 10st 12lb end of July, I've been up to 11st 2lb since now back down at 10st 11lbs.
Bit strange but at least the trend is still in the right direction.

18st 2lb. So 4lb lost in ten days. Yee ha.

  • Maybe we should all promise ourselves 'one small thing' - a small, achievable goal towards weight loss - this week. We all know that planning to 'give up chocolate forever' or 'go to the gym every day' rarely works, so what about something more achievable? [/B]

Fab idea!! This week I'm going to promise myself half an hour of some form of exercise each day (whether its going for a walk, doing a DVD etc). I've been so slack with exercise lately, I think I'm eating the right things but the exercise is where I let myself down. So I'll start with that tomorrow...

I haven't posted or read on here for a while so I'm gonna catch up. Keep up the good work folks! xx
