    Well, I've lost 2 pounds, which considering I've been away is quite good. :j

    I've eliminated the night snacking and only eat 'free food' such as carrots or celery. I've also been buying those pink and whites as they've got hardly anything in them and are sweet.

    I've also been eating lots of cous cous with veg, which I love and don't get bored with.

    Exercise wise I walk my dog twice a day and don't drive. With 3 small children I walk briskly (we're always late) every day. I also do the gardening (therapy) and am a bit of a cleaning freak.

    I've cut out biscuits and chocolate altogether as I know I can't just have one. It's best to just not bother.

    Does anyone have any other ideas for sweet low cal sweet stuff?

    Not sure about sweet treats that are low cal as I am more of a savoury snacker if I snack at all!

    Hi everyone!

    pots of money - what about options / highlightes hot choc sachets? they are all like 45 calories and although they are a drink they are very sweet and kill the choc cravings.

    I have weigh in tomorow and have been very good but I have been sneaky peeking all week and havent lost anything :(!

    I think one of the other things Paul Mckenna said was when you feel hungry, first drink a glass of water because you may really only feel thirsty and your brain is confusing the signals.

    Morning all!

    Here for my weigh-in. The scales hollered 15st 3lb at me this morning so a total loss so far this month of 8lb.

    I'm off to have some weetabix :)

    Thanks tara! Under no illusions as I know it's fluid etc etc, but it does feel good! Hoping for another 2lb to go this week coming and next week which is sensible and will see me in a new stineage for Sept!

    Thats a wonderful result Polly. The scales were stubbornly not moving an ounce this morning for me. Ill check it out in a couple of days as Ive noticed that you can suddenly drop a few pounds.

    Blimey Dragon, mumps??? I thought everyone had that as a kid. Poor you.

    I did have it as a kid I seem to be re-living my childhood illnesses :mad::mad::mad: (just waiting for rubella to kick in again! I had chicken pox last year and this year!), if only I could re-live my teenage weight!
