Just make your 1st free call to them now and they'll e-mail all you need to cogitate over and discuss finer points. Ask boldly about offers, too.
0800-0363839.
That's good advice !
If you e-mail them first, like I've done, you may still be waiting for a reply; 6 days later. after sending them 2 reminders :mad:You don't stop laughing because you grow old, You grow old because you stop laughing" Large print giveth - small print taketh away. "0 -
Just a heads up.
having read this thread and needing to change BB provider I gave primus a call as I have the option 2 for my phone line.
£17.99 for up to 8 meg, no download cap or fair useage policy and as always very helpfull.
Thats a cracking deal for anything intrested.

Does anyone know how much broadband and option 3 costs?0

Does anyone know if the £15 per quarter/3 free months after 12th month offers are still available? Do they apply to all packages/speeds?0

Has anyone been with them for the full year yet ? I noticed that on this month's bill they had omitted the £15 rebate, so that was one thing. But during June I will have been with them for over 1 year and wondered how they work this '3 month's free' deal. Also what about the 4th quarter's rebate, how does that get paid ? They seemed to indicate that the "loyalty bonus" would continue after the year, has anyone any answers to these questions."0844 COSTS YOU MORE"0

Hi theloft - I got connected on the 1st of June so cant help you there yet. I have had some interesting bills from primus and so have some of my mates that signed up also (so its not a one off).
They sent me a letter near the start of the contract says, sorry we havent really bothered to bill you for the first month or two, neverworry we will start next month!
Then month 3 came and went no rebate, one quick phone call later and they credited my next bill with £15 off
Then my next bill arrived, £15 off, didnt collect anything from the Direct debit that month, and then another £15 off the next month. I think I've had 5 or more £15 rebates and the year isnt up yet?? My last one was in Mar (last paid bill) so because they didnt bother to bill me my first couple of months I might have to wait a while longer for my '12 months'. I've added up all my bills and its about 140 quid i've paid for the last 11 months and thats including calls.
Not complaining, just makes me laugh. I would say there will not be a problem getting the 3 free months, well the only problem will possibly be giving me 4 or 5 free months.
I see they are offering line rental now too, but its an 18 month tie in. Not worth it IMHO.
Will keep you posted RE:3 free months

Not sure if i will continue once my 12 months is up, the £15 back every 3 months sounded like a good deal, but actually getting it is another story.
When i signed up, it was a simple price of £17.98 a month, broadband and evening/weekend calls, the 1st time, i query the lack of the £15 cashback, they start going on about i haven't made a chargeable call, something they forgot to say when you are signing up, now considering i use a dialler, to route calls thru 18185 etc, it can be hard to remember to make a daytime call with Primus, let alone the fact that it seems that they want to invoke terms and conditions without actually telling you about them when you are signing up!0 -
Personally i wouldnt sign up for any broadband deal unless it was advertised on the website and able to sign up online. You cant even find the terms that relate specifically to broadband, or can you...???0
