The other is a standard one saying:

After emailing Natalia on 28th & receiving the OOO, I cc'd the same email to Hollie hoping to get a quicker response & got OOO til today. Add to that the 48 hours for a reply, takes you to Friday...lets just say, I'm not holding my breath!

Well, I've since had a reply(sorry for doubting you, Nails Inc!:o)& I think I may have a resolution in the pipeline, fingers crossed!

Hang in there folks & fight the good fight!:)
  • I received one nail varnish about a fortnight ago but also ordered a second one along with a 40% off nail varnish but never received it . I emailed them a couple of days ago and received a response earlier saying they only have a record of my first nail varnish and it had been previously dispatched.

The money for the second order was debited on the 29th July for £7.30 so I have had to go onto my online banking, print off statement, highlight debited payment, blank out all my other personal details, scan it and send it to them via email - what a carry on!!! I am just waiting for a response..so I will keep you posted!

My other problem was I cannot remember the names of what I ordered!!! - I only know one was navy blue!!!!!!!

Might be stating the obvious, but have you tried looking at their colour charts to jog your memory?

If you need a name for the navy, it's Motcomb Street.:D They sent me that instead of Dover Street Market.

Believe me I have looked at colour charts and I am still at a blank - Motcomb Street does ring a wee bell so thanks for that - got to the stage now I might just ask for my money back - That's what I get for ordering more than one £1 nail varnish!!

  • I finally got an email response last night, however they are now claiming I haven't paid for the nail varnish. I have, as it is on my bank statement. Before I go through with having to scan my statement and whatnot, I have forwarded my confirmation from ProTX, which should hopefully prove that I did pay. Sigh. I can't believe how inept they are.

Ahhhhh! Were they all in the Fabulous offer then? That's why your memory isn't jogged by the colour charts-they aren't there!:D

Maybe if you can remember what the colours were like, others who have ordered them on here may be able to help?

I know Dover Street Market was a deep purple colour.

I only received a confirmation email for my first order, so had to go down the road of scanning bank statement for the second one which was a bit if a palaver.

Still drawn a blank to what I actually ordered tho' - the colour of the £1 one still eludes me!!!

  • Is anyone chasing up on an order placed uhum, after the offer ended? :o

I ordered and it went through and took the £1 though..

Obviously I'll be fine if they want to refund rather than honour it - just wondered if anyone else is in the same boat?

I didn't get confirmation, so guess I'll be going down the scanning bank statement route too..
