I got that similar email about a week ago and chose my alternative colour of Black Taxi

I had an e-mail reply from hollie telling me 80 fulham rd and the mini manicure kit are out of stock and would i like to choose alternative products - how can they have sat on my order for 5 weeks only to tell me 2 of the items are out of stock? I'm gutted about the manicure kit, i wanted that more than the varnishes! It makes me wonder whether they ever had any intention of fulfilling my order. I wonder how many people who placed £1 orders and are still waiting haven't bothered to chase them up - nails inc could end up making a tidy little profit! I'm appalled at the way they've handled the whole thing and won't be shopping with them again on principle.

I got a reply from Hollie later the same day i emailed saying the usual out of stock but she would contact the warehouse and get them sent out ASAP, last night i had 2 emails saying my items have been posted recorded delivery - here's hoping eh

They hadn't exchanged my £1 colour. They had exchanged the anti-staining base coat for the Hyde Park base coat!!!!

I should think that Nails Inc have made a huge loss rather than a profit. The amount of people who had duplicate orders far outweighs the ones who have received nothing at all.

Also all the 'freebies' they've had to send out to make up for wrong orders that have been dispatched must've made a huge dent in profits(if any)they may have made.

After all this, I seriously doubt they will be having any 'giveaways' in the near future, if ever again!

Emailed them both (Natalia and Hollie) today and apparently they are both out of the office, Natalia until Weds and Hollie until Tuesday.

I have recied a reply from Hollie syaing that the order has been despatched, but I am to get a refund too.
Again, not a hint of 'sorry' in her message.
I was sore tempted to send her the link to this thread but didn't want to compromise others peoples chances of egtting their order/refund etc
