Nail Inc varnish for £1

I recieved my final order today (placed 2 originally and first one arrived approx 3 weeks ago)

A bottle of Basil Street (which is quite a nice colour)

Didn't think I'd ever recieve it and hadn't chased it as it was only a quid - can't believe others on here are still waiting despite all the emailing and phoning!

Still haven't received my order, which included a £1 polish with some others in the 40% promo. First Natalia told me it had been dispatched, then I queried it as it never arrived, then Hollie tells me that in fact it hasn't been dispatched as two of the colours I've picked are out of stock! I replied yesterday with two substitute colour choices and am awaiting a response....

My order of 30th July never came to so emailed and phoned them- finally had email back saying its out of stock and would I like to make another choice? I relpied "no" and asked for a refund- wonder if I will ever get it?! I also had one of the £1 polishes on that order but they made no mention of that! I cant believe that such an established comapny can have such CRUD customer services! (Having said that I really do rate thier polishes and have upwards of 15 in my collection!)
Oh well- back to waiting...................

I sent an email saying I would like a response by end of weds or a refund. I did get a reply and an apology saying two of the missing 4 orders were sent out (not sure how when people on here have said one of the colours is out of stock) and that the other two orders werent sent as not in stock. BUt she said she was very sorry and would allow me to choose any alternative and woudl compensate me for the inconvenience! I replied to that on weds saying ok what could i choose from but still no response I suppose its a bit of progress.

If it stated in the email that you could choose ANY alternative then choose whatever colours you like & email them to tell them that's what you want.:D

If you wait around for them to respond to you, you could be waiting a long time!

Somewhat ironically, given that they are still clearing the backlog of 'out of stock' orders from July, they emailed me this morning with a new offer of something like 10 nail varnishes for £27!
I have unsubscribed, strangely enough...

Finally got my 2 placed orders. Plus they seemed to duplicate one of the colours! The pink one. Gave one to my dd for her special dress up days...lol
The drury Lane colour is lovely, its a coral shade and i am very happy with it.

so a pleased customer finally after 6 weeks of waiting for them.

Had email offering me the Autumn/winter collection worth £20 and hey ho- in the post next day came the £6 15 minuite manicure that they said was out of stock!! Amazing coincidence dot you think? The set is very nice tho and will do well in my DIL (to be) christmas present.

I finally got all of my orders - and 2 doublers - shame about the colours. I was told they were out of stock but had just came in as i had asked about them - convenient eh.

Wonder if they'll do the offer again??????????????? :rolleyes:
