Nail Inc varnish for £1

have finally e-mailed them about my missing 5 nail varnishes, they can send replacements or give me my money back but they ain't keeping my £5.

Well actually got an email back the next day - they say they have sent them and blame royal mail strikes - and then refunded my £5 into my account anyway!

So I may yet get 5 nail varnishes for free if royal mail ever get their act together.

Think their response was excellent - but i did wait until now to contact them.

I have no idea what's happening but I have got 7 out of the 5 nail varnishes that I ordered one of which is not a colour a chose!

Originaly I paid £6 for two polishes.

I now have 7 full size polishes & 1 mini. Only one of those colours was what I initialy requested!(and that only arrived this afternoon!):rolleyes:

Wish I had got a refund too, but £70+ worth of polish for £6(and a whole heap of frustrated emails!!!)ain't too bad!:)

defintely worth chasing it up, they were really helpful in customer services! (well helpful to me...maybe not everyone )
