I can't believe some orders are still out-standing. They must have really not anticipated the take-up of the offer :(

I'm still waiting on 2 of my 3 orders - emailed this morning at 9am n had no response as yet

Money was taken from my bank on 3rd/4th august

Wonder if they know their customer service is being slated!!!!
  • Hollie replied to me just now (emailed her directly yesterday) and:

I have arranged for our warehouse to send this out asap. Please allow a few days for delivery.

    :T:T:T:T
    Yey!!!!

Didn't even have to go through the scanning of bank statement rigmarole after all.

I know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok - they know me here! :D
  • I started chasing my £25 order on 19th August it took until 24th August for me to get a response from Natalia to confirm my new choice of varnish would be sent along with the remainder of my order.

Guess what I am still waiting.

I have just emailed again and cc'd Hollie telling them to ensure my order is in the post by tomorrow or I want my order cancelled.

This is the last time I order from Nails Inc no matter how good the offer is.

  • Just a quick reminder re customer service - I don't personally feel it's fair to judge them on the basis of this offer or orders made in the same timeframe.

They obviously badly misjudged take up and haven't been able to cope with it - fair mistake.

I'm sure their usual customer service is much better and in fact several people have posted on this thread to just that effect, though I have no experience myself either way.

    just my opinion but hth,

As in a previous post this isn't the first time I have had problems receiving items from Nails Inc, their customer service is c**p.

Well done to everyone who got their nail varnishes, but based on my personal experiences with them I wouldn't order again.

Still no response here and no order either. Given that I am also really disappointed with the quality of the varnish, their lack of customer service further compounds the disappointment and for me, means no more ordering from them either.
It aint over til I've done singing....
  • Thanks Babiesmummy - comment was general, not specific to you - I completely understand.

On the other hand I do agree with the comments on quality.

I have to keep the nail varnish with me at work and have been repainting every day as have meetings - they chip after 1 day of painting.

Admittedly without topcoat but my Rimmel is much better.

  • I usually use Jessica, cheaper and lasts longer.

Long live Rimmel! Huge variety of colours, cheap and usually on offer. Will update you guys once I've tried my No.17 ones. Never used them before.
