ROFL - just got my orders, after chasing twice this week by email.I was phoning to cancel all 3 orders (1 of which was lucky dip) and my orders from 30th July have just landed - postmark (as my postie pointed out) was yesterday. Methinks for those that haven't received yet, a little chasing works wonders...

First, I have to wait nearly a month for my order, then it's wrong, so several emails back & forth to try to resolve the matter, the latest of which I received & replied today only to receive an out of office message by return stating that Natalia is on annual leave until the 9th!:mad:0 -
I received an email to say my lucky dip has been dispached yesterday but no news on my order from the 30th!!0

I've decided to just keep what I received, tbh I just don't have the patience to deal with it over the next few weeks! So today my nails are a Belgravia brown, quite nice actually - can see why it's in their autumn collection too though! Might need to do my toenails pink to make up for it

Well I have received half of my order - so glad I'm not the only one being hacked off by nails inc - they were quick enough to take the cash!
Has anyone who ordered more than one of the £1 polishes to the same address called/e-mailed to complain about lack of delivery? I know it was one per household but..... I'm happy to take my money back but I want one or the other.0 -

I emailed to say I'd still not received mine & got a message to say one of the colours I'd ordered was out of stock & would I accept a substitute. I emailed straight back to say yes just to get the order & got the out of office reply!!!
On checking the website the colour I'd ordered was showing as being in stock!!!
Does this mean no-one will read the emails til 9th??!!0 -

I've sent emails to three email addresses today (Natalia, Hollie and the generic customer service one), and have received three 'out of office' replies! Methinks they are trying to avoid their customers. It is rather annoying that they STILL haven't sorted this out. If they couldn't handle the response, they should not have teamed up with Fabulous in the first place.0 -
