I have just tried to cancel my order as I have been told twice now that my order has been dispatched only to find out that it has not. I will not be ordering from Nails inc again as their customer service is dreadful. I think I will stick with OPI.0

Just got this, but they told me that Jermyn Street was out of stock??!?! Kind of started looking forward to the Savoy Court.
Guess I can get my nails done at the weekend with the voucher
Was kind of naughty today anyway, went to Boots and the ACM gave me a voucher for any 2 no17 varnishes for £5, plus fee bronzer gift. Man, I have far too many nail varnishes

The mini Mayfair Mews is the free mini you get when you sign up to their newsletter and place an order with that email addressNo buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60

I've not had replies to my emails and cannot seem to get through on the phone - no one is answering on customer services ("this mailbox is full" of MSE's questioning why they haven't got their flaming orders!) and the lady that has left an out of office message on option 4(orders) is an enquiry cul-de-sac. What number has anyone got through to a real human being on ? I want to cancel my orders with them now.

To recap, I ordered
jermyn street nail polish (x1)
Indulgence collection – WEB EXCLUSIVE (x1)
Underground – anti staining base coat perfect for dark nails (x1)
July £10 gift voucher (x1)
Newsletter Signup First Order Promotion Freebie (x1)
I just received,
belgravia nail polish
caviar collection
hyde park base coat ( i wanted the underground for anti-staining!!!)
and the mini mayfair mews as signup freebie
What should i do? Accept it without complaints?? And if I do complain, bearing in mind I can live with what I've received except the Hyde Park, how long would it take to receive my exchange??
EDIT: Checked their website, the Caviar collection is worth £30, so £5 more than the Indulgence collection. The Hyde Park to buy from boots is £6.85 and Underground is £10 from HOF. I guess I could use the money saved to buy Underground? Or am I giving in??

I phoned this number 020 7529 2340, and from memory i chose option 2. Lady i spoke took my details as Natalia (i think) was busy and would call me back. I was a little dubious as to whether i would receive a call or not. But fair play to them she called back a couple of hours later and said it had been dispatched. I received my orders this morning (both the fabulous offer and the £10 lucky dip). The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Thanks for that gunsandbanjos, just got through on option 2 and left a message, with a human being, for Natalia, I've been promised a call back, when I asked if it would be today, the lady that took the message was hopeful, but not convinced ! Will have to wait and see...0
