Nail Inc varnish for £1

I emailed Nails Inc last week asking where my order was that I placed on 28th July. They emailed back with the reply most people have been getting to say all the offer nail varnishes was sent out last friday.

I've not yet received it and I got an email yesterday to tell me it has just been sent, so the email I got last week was a complete lie :eek:.

This is the 1st time I've ordered from nails inc and tbh I won't be again. I agree with everyone else when they say its not right that they took our money a month ago and have still yet to send the items!!!

Am miffed. They say they have no record of my second order, with 40% off, despite the fact I have email confirmation. I had ordered about £20 worth of stuff from clearance. I feel they must have a record as an email was sent, but now they are out of stock and they want to get rid of me? They haven't taken money, so have not lost financially, but am still bit cross. I don't think I have the energy to pursue it any further than I have done already, as they are extremely frustrating to deal with, so will just forget it. Ah well, I did get two varnishes off them for £1, so cannot complain too much!!

Well guys, no response to my email on Friday requesting Savoy Court instead. So I just emailed them again saying waiting for a reply to that email and would like an update on my order status. Babiesmommy, did you get a reply when you requested Black Taxi instead?

I don't think I'd be as upset if I'd received my other order. Only two orders placed, and nothing received as yet at all!!!

I now have 2 but am still one delivery short so have emailed asking for either a despatch notice or a full refund.

I replied to them late on friday afternoon asking if the order would be sent recorded delivery as I wanted them to respond and they sent a response this morning

Thank you for your email. I will arrange this alternative to be sent to you. This will be sent with the rest of your products via recorded delivery.

Well, I emailed Friday morning, got reply within half an hour asking what I'd like instead - replied back straightaway. Nothing. Emailed again this morning. Nothing.
Will email them tomorrow to cancel the order if they can't provide a simple yes or no to my request of nail polish. As for my first order, the one they said was being sent out again as I'd not received it? Still not received. This doesn't really inspire much confidence in them

I sent e-mail Friday, got a reply which did not answer what I had asked. Replied and heard nothing, sent another e-mail this afternoon and still nothing. Ridiculous when they have had my money since 29th July.

I received my order today after ordering on 28th & it's all wrong!:mad:

Emailed them this morning...still waiting for a reply.:rolleyes:
