Last time the one at work was (which is where I always get stuff delivered), the one at home wasn't! And the ones at work are on again..

I received a second 'Motcomb Street' nail varnish yesterday! It's a double of my first order and it's a gorgeous navy blue which will be perfect for Autumn. I'm even happier now! Lol

i got mine(3) but 2 of the same colour...cant be bothered to email them over this mistake...i can always sell them on ebay !

I have sent an email to trace my order for £25 which included a £1 varnish and other stuff and my money was debited on 30th July, I thought I read in the original email with the 40% discount that these orders were being sent recorded delivery

The 40% discount thing and nail varnish came yesterday for me and yes its sent recorded delivery. Luckily I sent it to my mother in laws and she was in to sign for it.

So they are on there way.

I just sent them an email asking for an order update. This is for my initial order, placed 28 July (before the 40% off order I placed - also not receveived/updated), so one of the ones to be sent 2nd class. 17 working days & counting!

I wouldn't have minded if they had debited my card on despatch rather than taking my money straightaway! Admittedly it was only 6 quid, but my second (and only other order) was £19. Again, debited straightaway, and nothing more heard/received.

Will hopefully hear back soon!
