Nail Inc varnish for £1

I just sent them an email asking for an order update. This is for my initial order, placed 28 July (before the 40% off order I placed - also not receveived/updated), so one of the ones to be sent 2nd class. 17 working days & counting!
I wouldn't have minded if they had debited my card on despatch rather than taking my money straightaway! Admittedly it was only 6 quid, but my second (and only other order) was £19. Again, debited straightaway, and nothing more heard/received.
Will hopefully hear back soon!
Mine was placed the day the offer came on for my first order and that didnt come until Monday. My mum placed an order 5 days after mine and hers came a week before mine so there obviously not doing it in any kind of order.0 -
Dear nails inc customer,
Many thanks for your nails inc order. We are delighted to inform you that if you haven’t already received your order it has now been dispatched and is on its way to you. Thank you for your patience and we sincerely hope you enjoy your new polish.

Is that why some people have received double orders?
As long as it arrives at some point - I just worry with these things that they might not turn up at all!

I am still chasing my order placed on 30th July, I have sent 2 emails and am still awaiting a response after 48hrs.
This is the 2nd time I have had problems with Nails Inc, I ordered a manicure voucher through lastminute.com and the voucher was being sent directly from nails inc, after 3weeks of chasing on the phone and email still no voucher because the person I needed to speak to wasn't in. I have to say it doesn't inspire confidence in their product. I seem to be able to get £1 nail varnishes no problem, but when I order anything of any value I seem to have problems.

I've just spent a very frustrating 10 mins on their automated system mostly being told that a 'mailbox' is currently unavailable - when I finally got a person, I was told that that was the wrong department! Cue back to the mail box problem when she transferred me...
It's only a few quid but it's the principal of the thing that they've taken the money and almost a month later not sent the stuff out.
Does anyone know if it's worth trying to get a refund from SagePay rather than Nails Inc? as tbh, I am fed up of waiting now.It aint over til I've done singing....0 -

Sorry not sure, but in todays post I have received yet another duplicate polish from the £1 order. I have just sent yet another email (4th) chasing my order and if they don't respond by close of play today I have told them to cancel my order. There customer service is appauling, bargain or not.

Well, I emailed them today for my other order (different email address, same everything else), and received a response saying sorry, out of stock on Jermyn Street, would I like Belgravia instead? So I asked them if it was possible to have Savoy Court instead, and no response to that email as yet.
And I agree with you guys, bargain though it might be, I'd prefer my 20 quid in my pocket for the last 3 1/2 weeks as opposed to someone elses! No buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60

I ordered on 29th July and it has not arrived and we are now over the 14 working days. E-mailed today to get standard e-mail back which in no way answered my e-mail, so I e-mailed them back saying the least they could have done is tell me what date my order was despatched, they didn't respond.0

Ive had 5 single varnishes through (£1 ones) but NONE of my ones that were of actual real expense (40% off orders) still got 5 of those orders outstanding have emailed today and hoping for a response.0

After threatening to cancel my order yesterday, I got the following email back :-
Dear Kelly,
Many thanks for your email. Your reference number is xxxxx. I am very sorry that you have not received this as yet. We are unfortunately out of stock of Chinatown
I would be happy to send you an alternative shade of your choice. I would recommend The Strand which is a similar shade which we would be happy to send to you for the same price. Please let me know your thoughts.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards
xxxxxxx
They haven't got any ChinaTown left because they are doubling up on orders, as they have already sent me 2 of those. So I chose Black Taxi as they did say I could have any shade of my choice. Lets just see how long it takes now.
