Nail Inc varnish for £1

Another day, another lack of response. My bf has now too emailed about his order but again, no reply.

That's the email address I've been using. No more news today. Maybe it'll turn up tomorrow

I'm still waiting for my order which was one £1 varnish, a clearance varnish and a clearance manicure kit. I sent an e-mail on monday and also received the standard response. Every day i come home from work hoping it will be in my mailbox and every day i'm disappointed! Judging by the number of people who have received duplicate orders i'm now worried it has gone to someone else

This has been so annoying. I missed out on the £10 one-day offer because I didn't want to order more stuff when the first lot still hadn't arrived after a month.

Its a shame because I really liked the stuff.

I received mine after about 10 days, I must say Nails Inc are normally really good with sending out orders, I buy a lot of stuff on their website, sometimes its cheaper than QVC.

Just phoned Nails Inc, they took my name and number and will phone me back as i still have not received my order.

I give in, emailed them just now..

If they don't want to honour my missing nail varnish, fair enough (I ordered on 3rd Aug after the offer finished) but at least give me my £1 back!

I realised I never got a confirmation email either, but do have my bank statement confirming the £1 taken..

Hmm, let's see what kind of response I get (expecting the standard one obviously!)

Bless 'em - bet they never run an offer like this again - they must be going round the bend with all the hassle!

I would be happy to send you an alternative shade of your choice. I would recommend Tate, St James of Victoria and Albert which are all red shades. We would be happy to send to you for the same price. Please let me know your thoughts. Please quote your reference number in your email if possible.

Nice lady from Nails inc phoned me back, said my order has been dispatched and should be with me this week. I wont hold my breath...
