My estimared delivery date on my order is showing as tomorrow to Weds (27-29) yet it's still showing as 'Despatching Soon'. I've only ordered 4 items, none of which have a 'Change' button next to them.

Not sure whether to contact Customer Services or not, in case they just cancel the order altogether.

Anyone else in same position?

ur guess is as good as mine!

I don't trust them to be sending out younger kidswear when loads of people who have already had cancellations and the website is showing as OOS....no more patience left in me so have cancelled my entire order (rather the 2 items which still show in stock!!!):mad:

oh, well, george/asda can continue to have my ££!

My whole order dispatched today, so I am happy, though didn't think this sale was as good as usual

Really hoping my items come. Instead of the massive order I usually have, I only picked 3 cashmere scarves and a necklace. The scarves were a bargain price. Have had my eye on them for a while. Will be sooo disappointed if they are out of stock after I ordered them so early.

The 2 orders I placed have been despatched. Order 1 apparently contains 16 items even though when I rang up to ask why i'd got 2 emails stating that they were out of stock on an 2 items I was told that out of 22 items only 5 were in stock. Order 2 contains 3 items out of 5 even though I was told only 2 were in stock.

I suspect that order 1 will arrive with 5 items and order 2 with just 2.

What's really going to annoy me is that if order 2 arrives with 2 items (total cost £18) and i'd have to pay £3.50 P&P. I don't mind paying £3.50 delivery for an order worth £55 but I object if the order is only worth £18!



THe T&Cs are interesting:

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you

I was told on Friday evening when I rang up that 17 of my 22 items in order 1 were out of stock. 24 hours later I have only received 2 emails each explaining that 1 item is out of stock. Clearly they haven't met this T&C!

When they despatch my order they have accepted it and a contract is formed between us. If any items are out of stock they should email me as soon as possible. This gives me time to cancel the order should I chose.

M&S emailed me explaining that 2 items were out of stock. If they don't supply all 20 of the other items then surely that's a breach of contract?

I placed my order on Weds evening for a nominated delivery for Monday 27th, I have had an email showing 2 x items despatched today and the remainder despatching soon. I don't see how they are going to arrive tomorrow if they haven't despatched them today.

Fingers crossed for Tuesday then.

My 1st order has now been confirmed by email as dispatched and contains 16 items listed...We'll see what turns up!
