Clutterfree, I did 2 orders Weds pm and have just had despatch emails for both - one has always, and still, shows delivery of 4th August, the other is 28th July, yet both were apparently despatched today.

So I'm hoping that the delivery estimates in August are a bit pessimistic and we'll get our orders well before then!

what a shame people have such problems. I've ordered alot over the yrs in the m&s online sales, and never had a problem. I ordered alot of items in this sale (all kidswear)ordered before the sale banner went up on the homepage ;) and all my items have been dispatched (yesterday) as normal no problems.

If you order using the next day delivery are you more likely to get the items that you have orderded?

Or is it done on the basis of the first person that orders the item will get it regardless of the delivery option that they have chosen.

I have 4 items out of about 20 showing change. What does that mean about the other 16? Will I get them?

i have never ordered from m&s online before, but having done so this time, i have noticed that the things on my order that still have the change option are the ones that are still in stock. hope this helps.
crossing everything i get what i have ordered and soon as they're for my little boy's birthday next week.

    PixiePie,

I wasn't complaining about getting the toys at £3 (that was 6 mths ago in the last sale) I was merely stating the facts of what look like underhand tactics to make the public think goods are cheaper when they are not.

I don't feel in the least bit "cross" as you presumed, just indignant that they thought no-one would notice.

I found your comments extremely patronising! and anyway, what makes M&S this God like Company anyway!

Supermarkets are at it all the time with BOGOF's. Suddenly when something goes on BOGOF the price goes upto the full retail price to make it look like you are getting a bargain. Once the BOGOF offer finishes watch the price of a single item fall to below full retail price.

Yes, has anyone else ever noticed what happens to Asda Rollback prices the minute they get a new set of bargains out?

can someone who's order has been despatched pls clarify? was the "change" button still there next to the item till despatch?
really need to know because only TWO non-essential bits have the change option left on my order (which still hasn't despatched) and I'd rather cancel the whole order now than end up spending hours on the phone trying to get them to refund my p+p!!

If you live in the Romford area, the store there is selling a lot of old stock Mens suits for £50. There was quite a lot and lots of different sizes.
The sales assistants were still bringing more out from the back.
This included Sartorial and Autograph which retailed originally for £199.

    Hope this helps someone.
