Waaaaaaaaah.
Just back from the dentist, we had a family check up. It's came to £130 - Thats on NHS too. Idiot me thought that it was a £45 standard charge for everything, that's only in England apparently. The thing is ,there is nothing NEW wrong with my teeth, all the the composite fillings or whatever they are, were there LAST year when the other dentist I went too, didn't fill those particular ones as he said they weren't deep enough? Uber GHEY.
Good dentists though, and Keira was super, and has perfect teeth!0 -
Krystal, I have found that my boobs decide when Amber needs a feed anyway, which by them is every 3 hours, by SCBU, 4 hours (which might explain why her blood glucose is low), so if I wake I will express, if not, then I won't.
Caz, breastfeeding does make the jaundice last longer, thats why I gave up with DS1 (who is Michael). But her levels are no where near as bad as his were, or Christophers. I don't want to give up even though DH has said that maybe I should (a few times). After all I have went through this week I am not giving up.
Thanks everyone, I am feeling much better now, especially since I have cleaned the house a little. Man clean and my clean are very different. DH is going to be left a list of what has to be done for us coming hime. The bathroom hasn't been cleaned since I did it! Fllor badly needs a mop and when was the last time it was hoovered? There are dead flies!!!:eek::eek:
Oh and I haven't used the stairs since teh c section, I went to the loo ands when I came back down, my legs were shaking! Must use the stairs at the hospital a couple times a day.0 -

Anyone looking forward to economy gastronomy? BBC2 8pm
Susan you might want to download it later, 2 chefs try each week to help a family reduce their grocery spends. There's also theoretically a healthy eating slant, but last week they taught her deep fried chicken and a dish using those american frankfurters....
Me and DH like shouting at the telly (quietly, mustn't wake baybeee!)
Things like 'ONLY £2.64 per portion!? that's ludicrous!'
Thanks all for the weaning and sitting up thoughts
It was my NHS birth to 5 book that said not until they could sit unaided, so not sure where they get that from!
