That's ok then :) as long as its not because you don't like me :o x

    LOL not at all :)
If I didn't like you I'd be ignoring you :p

(btw not saying that anyone I have ignore I have done because I don't like them... I just can't keep up with the thread and by the time I sometimes catch up I forget what I wanted to say... :o

"and how do you feel MrsT?"

They ask if your stitches are doing if you had any, how you feel, how everything is going and I think it's mainly to make sure you're not suffering terribly with PND... but honest? I can't remember! I know I asked the doc to look at my stitches as I didn't think they were healing properly lol Wouldn't be too bad but he's a darned cute chap about my age and I was still bleeding! oh well...
But mainly I think it's to discuss future family planning methods :) ie pill/coil/DEPO etc

Me: weighed, BP taken, asked if delivery was straight forward, did I have stitches/does everything down there work/feel ok and then asked about contraception.
Ed: weighed, hips, eyes, skull, testes checked, heart listened to.
    :D

Ah, well we were still in hospital then so I guess Rhys was getting all that on a daily basis, hence nothing specific was checked at six weeks (unless they didn't tell me). We're going to "baby clinic" with the consultant paediatrican next week when she'll check all those things plus more on Rhys apparently :)

As for me, straight forward delivery and how do I feel? HA! A darn sight less stressed than I did five weeks ago so I guess that's all good then :) Noone's ever looked at my scar after the Day 10 appointment with the midwives. Got no probs with it - other than what feels like two peas under the skin at one end  - so it's all fine :)

I asked for the pill when I went for the Domperidone but no questions asked. It was just the one I was on before TTC so they were happy to put me back on it. No blood pressure checks.. Think he could probably see I was stressed enough not to bother trying!

Thanks :) Yeah, I think it's where they first cut me, so I guess it's scar tissue or something. I try to avoid looking at it or touching it tbh *shudder*

I had a bit poking out each end with a metal clip and plastic bead.. Got them snipped off on day five, stood up and stretched and the little bits disappeared inside _pale_
