ooh noo I feel old now! I have the single of Peaches...on cassette!!!

That doesn't make you old... in my earlier post I was going to mention that one of the other very few bands I have seen live is Yazoo, then I realised just how aged that would make me appear  and my car still has a cassette player!

Glad (sorta) that girls are out there poke-and-destroying too

We've had, expensive £20ish pair that were great until Chris broke them £3 pair from sainsbury's - fab until he broke them currently on £4 pair from M&S still in one piece but for how long who knows - in preparation I got another pair in the Next sale £3 all had the EU kitemark thingy so don't go spending loads, even if he's half as clumsy and destructive as Chris they won't last long!

Thats what I thought, I think he dropped them about four times out of the trolley as we went round.....

Thanks all for the support yesterday about my afternoon with my friends children. I'm just working out now what to say about future events. She has spoken about next time, so I think she'd like it to happen again, so I'm going to work out how to chat about it with her :)
Is another possibility to offer to look after them at her house rather than yours? I mean, I'm not saying you SHOULD agree to do it again any time soon, but at least at her house you wouldn't have to worry about YOUR furniture.

Are they like that when their mum is there?

Sending lots of writey vibes MFD.

My baby rolled over! OH & I were sat on the sofa eating lunch, and Tobes was on the mat in front of us. He rolled over from back to front! Think he was a bit scared by the clapping and 'well dones' he got. A little later on he rolled from front to back!

I'm looking on the website, reserving things to pick up on Monday :) Need accessories for the bathroom from a shop near our Argos plus the storage units I've just reserved.

Tempted to go get them now so I can get sorting..
