How about holiday vouchers. I think Thomas Cook do them or Centre Parcs gift vouchers for use as a family.
  • How about a garden games set. We got a croquet, and bowls set, but with that you could add in a giant jenga etc. I think John Lewis do a whole set of nice sets that would cost about the amount you have.

We have had loads of fun with the sets, and they last years and with the family ages I think that will be great fun over the years.

Alternatively you could buy a couple of those, and then a nice silver frame for their favourite wedding picture?

    Hi
One of my favourite gifts is a tree / trees donation - Whilst it isn't very usual, it is a great "Family" present, because, if you choose a wood near to where they live, they can all go and visit it and watch it grow!

We got married last year, and likewise had all the household stuff so this sort of thing is really good and a bit different!

Every happiness to them, by the way.

Food shop vouchers for a picnic? You could get a basic basket together with a blantik, set of nice plates, mugs etc, a few disposible cameras and some games (like the garden games already said) and that way they can pick the food.
I remember when this was just a little website! :money:

Membership of something they both enjoy, theatre/dinner trip kind of thing?
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

    P.S
They sound REALLY nice, so good for you for trying to find something they'd both love, instead of going for the token gesture.

As boring as they sound, vouchers are great.

I asked for them when I got married, my parents ask for them for xmas every year, my mates ask for them for their bdays - I dont have to even think any more.... I just know its Next Vouchers for her, B&Q vouchers for him, Argos for them etc etc.

Get them vouchers for somewhere where they may not normally shop..... I got given some vouchers for Debinhams once and loved it because I never normally shop there (too expensive for poor broke me!).

If you really want to give them a present as well, buy them something small. Do you know anyone that could get a picture of them when they first got together? That would be ideal in a pretty frame.

I gave my friend the Mr & Mrs board game!
They thought it was brilliant, not like the usual gifts.

Go for something different it will be remembered!
