FE, I daresay there are a few dozens users in here that are just people from competing sites or in some other way only interested in keeping an eye on Martin and undermine his work and his website. Nothing new of course, as it just goes with the territory.

Now Martin is a big boy and well able to defend himself so I shan't fight any fights for him, but I do care for this forum and the many users who enjoy what it has to offer without picking flaws at every turn and are able to get on with each other. For this I can fight.

I didn't mean it to sound harsh. And I didn't mean people who were affected by the Icelandic banks situation, of course not. I just remember a group of people out for blood when everything kicked off, and getting really malicious, and that post smacked of it to me; I just think anyone hung up on being mean and dragging up the past and causing upset should think twice about whether or not this is the place for them. I'm currently talking to someone on Facebook who has been so hurt by other peoples' downright cruelty on these forums that they won't ever come back while their tormenters are still here.

Life isn't a bed of roses and I'm not saying this board should turn into some sort of hippy commune, but the nastiness needs to stop and I don't see how someone coming to this thread just to post derogatory articles about the forum owner is helping anyone.

I thin kthis thread has run its course. Sadly a few people seem determined to make it destructive - slightly ironic considering why its here.

Luckily though many have already given great suggestions and we are moving on to some new ssolutions and suggestions. Thank you
