Congrats Sarah!!!
great news
BZ I understand completely - sounds like the day off was the best thing all round.
Chickpea! Welcome home, hope you had a lovely time. When people show you who they are, believe them the first time0 -
Sarah - congratulations! May you have a happy and healthy pregnant xx
BZ, I recognise ALL of those feelings in your post about the christening, and other babies. So much so. Also - how awful an expericence re your HSG. I would be SO tempted to write a letter complaining about your experience, nobody deserves to be treated that way, it is not OK.
No news my end, we only had the one shot with the new (3rd!) donor. It just occured to me that I really will have a good case for there being problems with me, when I go back and speak to the FS in a week - 3 donors (who have all successfully fathered multiple children), getting the timing spot on and no pregnancy yet!Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0 -
I'm finding this CM thing a bit difficult. I can't say I ever really paid much attention to it, but I am trying to now. Especially this cycle as I haven't used the CBFM.
So I just had a check, and sure enough theres stretchy (but cloudy) -which doesnt really lend it's self to the egg white description.
I think I also read somewhere that PCOS can cause you to have changing CM and that its not always correct - I cant rememeber the exact wording, so hope this makes sense. Does anybody else find this?

Congrats Sarah, hoping the preds and the Clexane does the trick!!
I will be joining you on those myself in just a couple of weeks or so.
Has anyone here had an Endometrium 'scratch' biopsy? I have one on July 19th in prep for IVF round 9 next cycle and i've been worrying at it!
Consultant says it is just like a slightly longer smear but Google says otherwise and I will be going on my own and well i'm a bit of a wimp!
Hubby will be at work so I will have to cope, and they want blood that day also, so if you are anywhere near Walsall on the 19th and hear wailing, it will be little ole me.2 angels in heaven :A0 -
:rotfl:Commiserations to QQ for another no go - poor you, and such a long time to wait until your next go. I feel for you, I do. I don't know how you can carry on posting congrats on the other thread - you're a bigger (wo)man than me.
Not literally, I'm still packing a few extra pounds. Hoping Jenny Craig can fix that for me...!
I assure you, I'm quite petite:D
One can get ewcm-like things during the middle of 2ww and just before AF and during AF, but am not sure if it's different for PCOS.I think I also read somewhere that PCOS can cause you to have changing CM and that its not always correct - I cant rememeber the exact wording, so hope this makes sense. Does anybody else find this?
I've not had it, but I'd assume it'll be over quickly and you'll forget it asap like with all other procedures (((hugs))):olisawood78 wrote: »Consultant says it is just like a slightly longer smear but Google says otherwise and I will be going on my own and well i'm a bit of a wimp!

Hi Lisa, I have not had this but I think they are going to do this for me when or if I have my FET, apparently can help with sticking issues. I think you will be fine, I'm a whimp to, the transfers are bad enough!BEST WIN LAST YEAR - MULBERRY HANDBAGSENDING STICKY VIBES TO THOSE WHO NEED THEM

BZ you don't sound horrible to me, you sound lovely xx
Chickpea hope you had a fantastic holiday xx
QQuaver, we managed to get the tests done on the NHS as i have now had 3 m/c, and i have no idea why they take so long, 6-10 weeks we have been told.
Juju glad you feel ok on the meds and good luck xx
Lisa, i haven't had what you are having, but hopefully it will not be bad x
hope everyone else is keeping well0 -
Awwww thanks runner
:) glad you enjoyed your weekend
Sorry.lisa, can't help you there
Welcome back chickpea, I thought you'd been quiet for a while
2b, if I had what it took, I would complain. But I don't... I was gonna ring the FS office today and tell them, and ask them to run interference for me, but didn't. Maybe tomorrow...
I have a GP appointment tomorrow and I'm hoping he can help, cos I feel lousy, and just don't feel like the extra iron tablets are doing anything. I've also been convinced, the last few days, that I've got a uti but apparently my sample today was clear  I'm wondering if last week's blood test has any other answers..."I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -
BZ - don't feel bad about christening it is perfectly understandable that you didnt feel up to it, you have to do what's best for you and your DH. Hope you get some help at doctors today.
Sarah - huge congrats honey so pleased for you.
Onestep - hope you had a nice holiday
AFM - on way to hospital for hsg, feeling really nervous as had treatment on my cervix a few years ago and ever since I have found smears really painful and bleed after. Just keep thinking that I need to have it and at least it's at 9am so can get it over with,0 -
Primmer, good luck at the HSG:)0
