Primmer - hope it all went ok. It's probably all done and dusted now so hopefully you're treating yourself to some well-deserved chocolate (or other treat of choice:)) xx.0

Primmer, hope it was OK. I hated mine and had to have sedation because I am a massive wuss about cervixy things, but most people find it all right.0

Hope it went well primmer, I too am dreading mine so I can sympathise with your apprehension. I hope it want as bad as you feared and you've got answers now."I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0

Thanks for your well wishes. Back at home now with heat pack on tummy and laid out on the sofa with my dog. It was painful as they struggled to get the catheter in because my cervix and womb are in a weird position. Did get really painful cramps when dye pushed through but doesn't last long. I took ibrofuen before and paracetamol after. Feels really sore and tender so planning on resting today. But overall the bad painful cramping didn't last long. Did have a cup of tea and a crunchie when I got home!0

Primmer, glad it's finished, rest up well (((hugs))):)
Did they tell you whether the tubes were clear or not?0 -
Glad you are OK Primmer.
I also took pain killers an hour or so before mine. Personally I didn't find it any worse than a smear (although lasted a few minutes longer) & I had no pain after. Mind you, maybe the dye didn't go far - both tubes were blocked!
When do you get results?0 -
Lets hope you have had a good clear out then Primmer. xBEST WIN LAST YEAR - MULBERRY HANDBAGSENDING STICKY VIBES TO THOSE WHO NEED THEM

The doctor who did it said both tubes were fine but it took a bit longer for dye to go through the right tube but she saw no problems. Still in quite a bit of pain especially when standing.
Having internal scan and mock et at ivf clinic on Thursday so hope pain as gone by then!0 -
OK, strange question of the day.
Does anyone else feel itchy around the time of ov?
I have hayfever but am avoiding anti-histamines as I read it can hinder implantation (which seems to have logic), but I feel very itchy.
I got a positive on OPK yesterday morning. BD'd last night & this morning. Hope OH will be up for it tonight too
