Well AF showed up for me a few days ago. CD 20. Usually my periods are anything between 32 and 48 days. My periods have definately changed the past few months. They feel different, they look (ew) different and they're completely different lengths than before. I think my frame of mind has changed quite a lot recently (since putting myself through the clomid debarcle) and I'm wondering if that has really had a physical effect on me.
    How odd.

Loving the company!!!! I have my fingers crossed for you ginvzt, I hope you will need that test! (and yay for bogof - where was that, in case a miracle occurs???)

Odd dates there jiblets, but I completely agree that state of mind and physical changes affect cycles, so maybe that is why

It was in Boots. I don't think I will need the test though. The temp dropped this morning, and a bit more spotting, so I am preparing myself for the "visit"...

Oh well, I still have 3 months more of Clomid supply, what would I do with that if all worked the first month? That would not be very MSE wasting the medicine and taxpayers money, would it?

Ooh sorry, I'm guilty of having gone a bit quiet - but have been busy doing the necessary and then working hard around it! I don't know what has happened to my OH but he is obviously feeling much happier as he keeps taking me to bed and then keeping me there! I'm kind of embarrassed to admit it, but my big grin gives me away I think... :D

Cycle has settled down again and I'll keep my fingers crossed that all this sex has the desired effect :rotfl:

So long as you have been enjoying yourself MadMac, we will forgive you!!!! Ill keep my fingers crossed that it has worked!

AF has left here, so I will have to hope that my DH is in the mood for similar gymnastics!

  • I bought the CBFM from Amazon, spent £84 on the monitor and 2 packs of sticks, but still cheaper than boots!
AF due any day and I can feel it coming, so wish me look with the monitor for the future.

Well it turns out I'm stressed and didn't even realised it. Right in the middle of the BD last night, I broke down in tears! Proper big sobs that I couldn't stop for a while. What is that all about? I thought I was fine. Obviously not.

Jiblets, I went through a period where I was doing exactly the same - my poor OH really thought he was physically hurting me a few times as I would just all of a sudden sob and sob at the worst possible moment! So I really do feel for you, but hopefully it won't last - you'll soon be able to see beyond that pain and look more forward as I eventually did.

I'm still looking forward though, that's the problem! Oh for the chance to see a positive test, that would do me for now, x
