Good luck Gin

well, I've had my appointment, we're being referred for IVF as soon as we've chosen a clinic. Any recommendations ladies?? We get one shot at this (can't afford more than one go, I'm pretty sure) so I'd like to decide on a good one! Any tips on choosing? I'm checking out the stats on our nearest ones at the moment.. I think Oxford looks ok, has anyone been there? As far as this cycle goes, I'm in the 2ww..When people show you who they are, believe them the first time0 -
Good luck to everyone - have just caught up!
Onestep - have just Emailed you the info, hope it helps!
Have been in a campervan for a week - not a good time for AF to arrive. And no chance of any early BDing, our 8 year old contraceptive slept between us all week, he didnt like his little bunk. Never mind.

Hi everyone
hope you are all well, haven't posted for a while, had my first appointment at the gynecologist, wasn't as bad as I expected.
They took a few swabs and I have to have some blood tests and xrays felt much better coming out of there as the doctor was so positive.
Dont be scared i love holidays, I'm sending you and all the others some good vibes.
I do believe we will all get our chance/moment to have our babies, that's what is keeping me going.

I have started my stimulation drugs on Wednesday. The good thing - my headaches seem to have eased - as in it haven't returned for a second day. The bad thing is that it is so tedious to mix up the medication (I am on 6 amps and 1.5ml of liquid), it takes about 10min to prepare. And then the injection - I have to go sooooooo slooooooooow or it hurts, and some medication come back out once I remove the needle. And the tiredness. Well, it is not necesserily the medication - I didn't have a day off since bank holidayand I am working this weekedn again, so my first day off is exactly a week away - next Saturday. It is interesting work, and I am enjying it, so no complaints, just would like not to be so tired in the evenings that Ican't do anything else.
I keep hoping/dreaming of 5-8 eggs from this process, but I guess I will be very happy if we get 2. I have been in bed at 9.30 for the last two nights trying to give myself some more rest. I am having acupuncture as well, and fingers crossed, it is going to be ok. Next scan on Tuesday, so only 3 more injections until we see what is going on inside me.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Good luck Ginvzt, (((hugs))) for headaches and tiredness, and fingers crossed for the golden eggy:)
My injections came pre-mixed and came in individual syringes.
Forgot to return the used syringes, so I still have bunch of them:o
I wonder if my GP can throw them away:huh:0 -

Thanks artichoke I love a success story.
Good luck Gin, I know what you mean about them taking so long to draw up. I have the six amps too, it is a long process especially when you are trying to get ready for work too. Fingers crossed this cycle that you get the eggs and embies you want. xBEST WIN LAST YEAR - MULBERRY HANDBAGSENDING STICKY VIBES TO THOSE WHO NEED THEM
