Well, I just took the plunge and ordered clearblue fertility monitor from Amazon. It was more that when I checked it last time, at £65, but didn't want to wait in case AF shows up early again. If I don't need it, I can always return it, right?..Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0

Hiya ginvzt, my lap scars from the end of February and well healed and fading, but still purple at the moment. My one just above 'the lady garden' got infected like yours, and split when I had the stitches out - it now looks like a spider on my tummy, with the split as the body and the stitch lines as its legs:rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks all!!!! I am having a good day today, for a change!
Went to GP, he checked the wound and said all is clear, so that is good. Got my prescription for Clomid and managed to get Clomid as well from the pharmacy near by. Also, asked him about changing address (been postponing for 6 months as we were out of the surgery's boundaries) and he said we can stay and he likes having us there (probably doesn't care much, but still, nice to hear, as I really like him and trust him).
Then decided to get a cake for tonight, so went to Booths and got Gu lemon cheesecake (the big one!!!) and as I was starving, treated myself and OH to kebab (only have it something like once every 1-2 years, and OH paid...). Now, we will be making salmon chowder and after that treat myself to a nice slice of cake.
Oh, and with all this managed to get even three £2 pound coins for the "baby fund" (well, one of them...)Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
hey
wondering if anyone could help me, i have not commented on this forum yet but have posted on prev similar ones.
i have been ttc for 2 and a half years, no m/c or anything just all bfn for last while.
we have been referred to consultant who has tested o/h who came back with flying colours and was fine (thankfully) but news at my side has not been so positive. i had internal scan which appeared fine, and most of my hormones/blood tests fine. but they now think i may not be ovulating. i have had 3 tests where i have been checked on day 21 of cycle to see if i have ben ovulating but nothing came back. had another test this morning taking me to my fourth batch of tests and i have to get checked next month to. the doc mentioned something about pcos, i came home and read into it and was wondering if anyone was going through similar or knows about more about it.
i wish all ttc the best of luck and babydust. hope we all get our little baby bumps soon enough

13 IVF attempts!!!! That must have cost a whole fortune!!!!But, when we want something so much....
Did you hear today on the news about folic acid? The latest advise is to take it for all women, never mind planning pregnancy or not after a steep increase in spina bifida cases in Scotland. Right, I have been on it for the last 2 years...

I know! But if you have the money, you will
Life is priceless. But the new method looks like a positive step forward!
No I hadn't seen that one. Thanks for sharing0 -
I am considering to learn horse riding. I wanted to do this for a few years now, and had a chance to try it while on holiday in Seychelles and I really loved it.
However, horse riding is not advised in pregnancy, and over the last 2 years I was sort of not letting myself to start, in case I got pregnant that or the following month. Since I got back from holiday I was looking for riding schools around me and there quite a few and I would really like to take some lessons, but then in the back of my mind is the thought of what if I get pg now and have to stop after just 1 or 2 lessons, etc.
Is it just me or anyone else also live in that 'what if' land? How can I get over it and just live today? I think I am going to get so scared of any possible problems with that illusional pregnancy, that I will just sit in my house when I get there. I am trying to get running (couch to 5k programme), but had to make a few breaks with lap and holiday, and I am still at week 2/3 border!!!! (Note to myself - I have to go to the gym tonight!!!)Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
