Congratulations Jujugaboo!
Sorry - I know I should hide away from him, but I really don't want to talk. I have talked a lot to him and tried to explain different things, but he is doing the ma thing - the sounds come out of my mouth, but never settles in his head. Like I told him I am going to seminar tonight - yesterday few times, etc., this morning he is asking if I am going to the gym! (Seminar is 2 hour drive away, starts at 6pm, and I am meeting a couple of friends for a quick snack before).
It is his birthday on Friday, and this time all he is getting are two packets of chilli seeds. I am fed up of thinking the nicest presents for him, when I get nothing in return (for my birthday he got me nothing at all - I bought myself some diy tools week later and called that his gift, same with Christmas - got myself a netbook as a gift from him). Sorry - I think I do need a break, but alone. (Oh, and for his birthday he suggested to go to Glasgow to Celtic connections - I absolutely hate celtic music, saying it is just 1 concert. Guess what, it is a whole weekend festival. No, I am not going)

Thanks for your messages.
It was a surprise but I had kinda of guessed during the evening by a few things he said and was a bit nervous as well. Bless him. There won't be a big wedding as we have both been married before so hopefully just a quiet affair away together or here with friends and family.
Gin sorry again that your feeling the way you are perhaps some time on your own to gather your thoughts may help you.
I just told my Mum and she didn't even say congratulations, they don't get on the best but still.BEST WIN LAST YEAR - MULBERRY HANDBAGSENDING STICKY VIBES TO THOSE WHO NEED THEM0 -
Congrats JuJu - lovely news. Shame about your mum - she'll come round..
I hope the wedding fever distracts from TTC thoughts until you get that appointment. Have they got a cancellations list?

Sarah - keeping my fingers crossed. We're well overdue a BFP on here..I think the last one was Kairi and she's probably given birth by now!

Gin - chin up. It does sound like a holiday would help. Might I recommend a week all-inclusive somewhere warm and relaxing..mmm, I feel better already just thinking about it.

I'm zen-like after acupuncture with Prickly Pete last night. Even though I think there's actually 9 pg people I'm surrounded by rather than 8 - I was studying someone's stomach a bit too closely today playing a game I like to play (in my head!) called 'pregnant..or just chubby?' and I think she's getting chubbier by the week...just on her stomach. Too early for me to be brave enough to ask, but I'm keeping a close eye on the situation. One of my pg chums is due to pop next week, so that should bring down the total a bit.
I'm due to OV in a couple of days, so this is my (hah!) fertile time. Send me fertile vibes, please!0 -

Gin sorry you're feeling so bad, have you got a good friend you can go away with for a few days, last time i went with my friend we had a great time and mates seem to understand different to men when you're feeling down0 -
Update from me.
AF came yesterday so phoned the clinic to book me in for my next IVF only to be told that they have no availability at the moment, I was so annoyed as they told me to call back in January and I am paying for this one. I have got to wait another month but they have booked a slot for egg collection from me on the 19th April which just seems so far away. I can't believe I have to start the waiting game again I just want to crack on with it. I know it won't take long but I am still frustrated and felt like crying yesterday when they told me.
The plus side that it was mine and my OHs 5 year anniversary since we had our first date yesteday. He took me to the bar where we had our first date then to my favourite restuarant and then when we got home he gave me a lovely card and proposed to me!!!!!! Obviously I said yes and have the most gorgeous ring. Its all very lovely so all we need now is a little addition to our family.
CONGRATULATIONS  thats lovely and romantic,
sorry to hear about clinic dont blame you for feeling upset, concentrate on your wedding and hopefully the time will pass quickly0 -

my god i thought £40 was expensive
i'm just clumsyit comes in 3 phials of power and one of water, you have to draw the water up inject it into the first phial, mix it then draw it up inject it into the second and mix, somehow i hadnt managed to take the plastic seal off the second phial so put the syringe down and the syringe seemed to squirt it out
