I actually wasn't that over emotional on my IVF but I am noramlly anyway. Good luck on the start of your second injections. I have used acupunture to help me but I think I am going to start reflexology too - does it help?

after i had my miscarriage i was really stressed so i went for reflexology once a week for few months and it was brilliant, even the chap i was working with at the time said he could tell when i'd been as i was so "chilled out" next day! the woman i went to last time has had an accident and isn't working at the moment, but she's just given me a number of someone she recommends and ive made an appointment for next week. can i ask with the accupuncture where would you go to find someone, as i dont know of anyone in this area and i would give anything a go at the moment before OH thinks he's married to a mad woman

the only thing i would say about reflexology have it done when you havent got to go back to work, i used to have it done about 8pm and it was so relaxing i wouldn't have wanted to go to work after :)

Runnerduck, I am not sure how to find someone - I found the lady I am going to see tomorrow recommended on another forum, so I am giving it go.

I am too depressed at the moment, and I am feeling like I am moving away from OH. This has to stop. I think he already thinks (I am sure of it) that he married a crazy and mad one, but I think he knew that before he married me. It is just now I don't want to be there, and I am really not affectionate at all these days. I'd rather cuddle my cat than OH - I think that says it all. I need holiday.

I searched online for a local acupunturist and found that she had trained at Zita West and knew alot about fertility, i think most acupuntrist do now as its such a popular thing.

Oh Gin sorry you feel so depressed at the moment. Its really hard after what you have been through but you have to talk to your OH and not pull away from him. Perhaps you should both book a little break away together in the sun, it will do you both the world of good. After each treatment I have had I book a little break in the sun as it picks me up a bit.

    Keep your chin up. :)

    Update from me.

AF came yesterday so phoned the clinic to book me in for my next IVF only to be told that they have no availability at the moment, I was so annoyed as they told me to call back in January and I am paying for this one. I have got to wait another month but they have booked a slot for egg collection from me on the 19th April which just seems so far away. I can't believe I have to start the waiting game again I just want to crack on with it. I know it won't take long but I am still frustrated and felt like crying yesterday when they told me.

The plus side that it was mine and my OHs 5 year anniversary since we had our first date yesteday. He took me to the bar where we had our first date then to my favourite restuarant and then when we got home he gave me a lovely card and proposed to me!!!!!! Obviously I said yes and have the most gorgeous ring. Its all very lovely so all we need now is a little addition to our family.

Oh Jujugaboo! Congratulations, how lovely! Did you know it was coming or was it a total surprise?

and on a different note, sorry about the clinic. PEople who work at those places really ought to be trained to be as accomodating as possible. Or be drawn from a pool of people who have gone through infertility problems so they are more sensitive. Grrrrr.
