Yay! Lots going on for you too then SK! Good luck with the new job, when will you find out?
For those you've had a lap and dye, how long am i likely to need off? The range of a few days to 2 weeks seems quite broad!
Well I should find out today if I passed the telephone interview I had yesterday. I think it went well. Then there'll be an interview next Mon, Tues or Wed, and i'm hoping to find out by next Friday. Everything crossed for me please girls (only those in the 2WW of course :rotfl:)
Good question regarding the lap Maddie, I was wondering the same thing myself.

Hi everyone - hmm, cosmic ordering..? Maybe as a New Year's present for moi meme (I've already got a Christmas present arranged!)

Babies everywhere in town today here too, I thumped one pram-faced breeder who was pushing a buggy, heavily pregnant and puffing away on a fag.
Ok, I didn't really thump her, but I wanted to..

So yes, re testing I was very patient, I've got to CD26, was going to maybe crack and test today...but the red terror got there first.0 -
My neighbour has just announced her pregnancy on Facebook - her third in 5 years.
I might have to commit Facebook suicide. Then firebomb her house.
Good luck folks - I'm out of the game for another cycle, but someone else must have a BFP by the end of 2010..!:rotfl:0 -
well look at positive chickpea, when we get our little bundle of joy we have gone through hell to get there and know we wont take it for granted. not saying folk who get pg quick take it for granted all the time but some do.
im trying to stay positive and just think it will be worth it. my little angel will be cherished and loved soooo much
i seriously have a heart just waiting to love a bubba.

oh and quick q? - obv drinking is not recommended for us lot ttc but got work night out on 22th would it be better staying away from demon drink or blitzing it and seeing what happens? im not a drinker so it wouldnt be too much of a bother
mind you =, you know what nights out are like - oh if your not drinking, u must be pg, and then that opens the can of worms to everyone and dont really want to get into that on a night out.
advice appreciated.:A VK :A0 -
Hi Ladies,
Hoping to join you all if I may?
Ive been away from the forum for quite a few weeks due to new job and needing to take my mind off the world of TTC.
Me and hubby have been TTC for #1 since 05/09 but sadly no success.
I have regular periods and getting peak days on my CBFM but not sure if that does actually mean that im in good working order. DH needs a little more convincing to visit the Dr but has promised to visit in the new year if no success by then. We both have been putting it off but think the endless waiting and hoping is not working so off to plan B.
Fingers crossed for everyone. Promise to try to get on as often as i can.

GTS, welcome to the thread. Sorry to see you here and hope your stay here is short. You may remember a couple of us from the early days of the TTC thread.
Keep us updated on how you're going.

GTS - I'd get yourself down to GP's in New Year if I were you.
Sometimes the effect of just being seen by a professional can be enough to relax you and help things happen. Allegedly.
Either you have a problem, which the GP will help you identify and work to solve, or else you don't, in which case you can go away (sort of) reassured and keep trying.
I hope you get a result, like us all!0
