Jiblets, wasn't it you that had PCO not the PCOS?

I've been diagnosed with that too.
I have PCO (ultrasound), but no probs with hormones, thyroid, insulin or weight:o My cycles are irregular, but I do ov about 9 times a year.

Did you find out anything about it? I've been Googling, but is hard to find much about PCO:(

Maddie - Great news about OH's results. Really pleased for you.

    Star1 - welcome :waves:

Not much news here. CD20 and feeling very lethargic with crampy stomach but we all know not to get our hopes up by now don't we? lol. AF due in a week so we shall see....

Things went from bad to worse with my friend sadly over the last weekend and we're now full blown not speaking. She's hurt that i'm not patting her on the head and talking babies with her, and i'm hurt that she couldn't give me a bit of time to get my head round it so we're at stalemate. Oh well i'm sure time will sort it out.

so see when you are on clomid - do you get more scans?

well i was away at my physiotherapists today and he has told me i am now fit o start exercising gently due to my injuries from car accident in march, so i am now looking into gyms the MSE way to see what deals i can get for me and my hubby.
we are doing it together so its more of a lifestyle change than a diet. at the moment i am size 16 and would love to get down to a comfy 12 within next few months. i know if i work hard i can get there, i changed my eating habits so thats a big part done.

hoping everyone else is getting on ok!

At least you have a clear plan of action QQuaver, and they are dealing with it

Hi to all the newbies, hopefully your stay will be short and the elusive BFP will bite you on the bum when you least expect it! But until then, pull up a chair, put the kettle one (someone bring cakes) and have a good chat, let off steam, moan, cry and generally get it all off your chest!

Well, I got to the 10 days late point and thought Id better think about POAS, and I went up to do it and ..................AF arrived! What timing that was! Did test anyway (BFN) just to make sure. TBH we were relieved because I had had a chest xray and we were a bit concerned about that so onwards and upwards and try again next month. Still taking the soya isoflavones so we will see how we go. I think being ill threw my system completely out, and AF is really horrid this month - yuck!

Anyway, happy weekend to all, will try and be around a bit more than I have been, taking a long time to get over the pneumonia and CBA with most things, I think Ive lost another 25% of my energy so am extremely shattered most of the time!

Its like a natural clomid. Im the wrong side of 40 and found that my cycle had reduce to 26/26 days, this has evened them back to 28 days, so Im happy. Apparently can strengthen the eggs. Im quite happy with it, this is month 3.

I have tried just about everything, but have a lot against me now, as I had my cervix removed when I had cancer. Still I have every hope of having a second!

well fingers crossed for you lilo

my doc was saying something about you should only use clomid for about 6 months at a time

do you think taking something natural would work along side clomid or against
