oh another month until my next appointment with fertility doc, it still amazes me all the thoughts that go through your head when waiting for it.

it makes you wonder how the mind works

hope everyone is having fun babydancing and hopes the babydust sticks to everyone, just think with autumn arriving its early night so maybe this means more practice and more chance of a little bubba

Seems that has happened to me:(
My next scan is Thursday. If no follicle, then on to inducing AF, and I think he said 100mg Clomid next cycle:o

Good luck on Thursday, like I say often O can just be delayed the second (or further) month, but increasing the dose will make it effective again

Kairi - try and hold off testing until at least Wednesday, otherwise it will be too early to tell. Did you get a clearblue digital? I find them really harsh because they say NOT PREGNANT! I prefer to take one of the line ones instead, then I'll take a CB if that's positive

VK-2008 - the month will go by in no time at all. I know it feels like an age while you're waiting for it

As for me, I'm just waiting on O at the moment. I've started to get ovary pains, so I think it's going to happen within the next day or so, getting in lots of BD just in case! No positive OPK's yet, but I've only been doing a fertility monitor in the morning so I might have missed it

Hello all. Welcome to the new 'faces' and may I wish you not to stay here too long (in all the good sense). Here we have a visit from AF. So, no changes. We received a letter from hospital inviting us for 'Joint Consultants' appointment at the clinic on August 26th, but as I am stuck in Holland until middle of September probably (well, hopefully, optimistically I might be back after the first week, but could well have to stay longer), we have to re-arrange it. So, I called clinic today and had it moved to September 20th. Now, just need to loose weight. Easy to say and hard to do, when you are sitting in the meeting all day long and live on hotel/restaurant food.

I am not eating all that food!!! I avoided any deserts for the first week, and on the second week I had 1 waffle a day (200kcal). Other than that, I only have one course (no starters or deserts). And, I went to the gym every day. I came back home this weekend, stepped on the scales, and I was 2kg more than when I left 2 week before...

for talking about pg tests, clearblue i dont normally buy but on the other hand that was the test that told me i was pg last year. it obv didnt make the babydust stick but thats one of those things

as for my friend she was due af but knew she was preg (8TH KID) she had clear blue in house done multiple tests all of which were inconclusive, she went to shop complained boutgh a cheap make and got a bfp baby arrived last year
as for tests just because they have a fancy name does not mean they do the job any better inmy opinion.

    Hi Star!
I did get Clearblue digital. Just because of the name I guess. I don't mind it being harsh, at least I won't be looking for any lines that aren't there. I know I'm like that.

I was stupid and used one of the cheapie tests I had at home yesterday and it was a clear BFN. I guess it could be too early but as I have said I really don't have any symptoms anyway so I really don't think I am PG. However I do need to take another test before my hycosy appointment. Although I still haven't been visited by the witch which is annoying because if I am not PG then it means my cycle is messed up again and also I won't be able to keep my hycosy appointment that I booked a couple of months ago because the lining needs to be its thinnest. Grrrrr.... I knew I should have persuaded the nurse to give me the drug to bring on AF but she seemed so sure I was going to OV and it would all go naturally. Now everything is going to be delayed again - I've already had to cancel 2 hycosy appointments because of no AF or having AF on the day. And they only do them twice a week which means I need to book it weeks ahead.
Sorry I am ranting, I'm just annoyed with my body.
