Althought, I still havent had any symptoms ie sickness or sore boobs the only thing is the constant needing a pee and from what I read online (i know i shouldnt have googled it) alot of people who dont have the sickness and stuff have gone on to MC so Im desperatly trying not to freak myself out and make it to 12weeks safely!

    Firstly congrats on getting married!

Secondly big congrats on the BFP! :j

I think symptoms of pg (or lack of) don't really mean a thing. With one of my pg's I had absolutely awful sickness and the other I had no symptoms at all.....both ended in a mc.
I was told when my sickness started that thats the sign of a healthy pg....what tosh!

I know how hard it is to relax and enjoy your pg but please do try!

Wishing you all the best for the coming months!

WELL DONE EMMZY!!! Congratulations on the wedding and the BFP!

I didnt have morning sickness with DS and hes nearly 7! We are all different. One thing I can tell you though, is that nothing you do will make a difference to the outcome, so please relax and enjoy. It is more likely to be okay than a mc so really, try not to worry.

I am so pleased for you. As soon as you have your scan and know it is all okay, let me know with a brief summary of your ttc history, and I will put you on the graduates.

Nice news from the house viewing - they are choosing between our house and one other. I've nto got my hopes up at all really, but it's lovely that they have a positive opinion of the house. It gives us hope that it will happen, even in this rubbish market...

Still no sign of AF, but we have that appointment tomorrow, so I'll ask for an opinion on why it might take so long. My stress is much less recently, so I am surprised that my cycles are still so mental. fx for a little insight.

jiblets - good luck with your appointment. Let us know how it goes.

No enthusiasm here. I had my lesson at 8:30 last night (piano), and was sitting on the sofa at half seven and falling asleep! I am just so tired in the evenings I can't understand why!!!!!

But yes, we need to start 'the action', as it is CD10 today, scan and possibly Pregnyl injection as well (if follicles are right size), so we have to get 'under way'.

Well I'm back from my appointment. They discussed with us the fact that with hubby's SA morphology being 3% where normal is 5% they would rather use icsi (icksee - I've always called it eyeseeesseye). If we get a good number of eggs they'd like to split it, maybe 5 IVF and 5 ICSI).
Then hubby piped up and said he's seen something on the news (and hadn't mentioned to me) about raised chances of child abnormalities. Our consultant pretty much dismissed this, but did accept that ICSI takes away natural selection, which is why they prefer to use IVF if they can. Anyone have any experiences/research on this matter?

I did also discuss my long cycles (CD50 and counting) and she thinks it's probably just the way my body is, but she's ordered bloods for me on CD 1-3. She also said when I come in then I should book a date with wandy. I've not had this before - is this scan to see my eggs ripening or a general look around?

So things are moving, but I'm still not expected to be at the very top of the list for another 6 months or so. In some ways that seems like just round the corner, but it still is really long too.

Slow progress, but progress none the less.
